It’s not like he got paid or anything or…He could describe Barack Obama’s penis. But no one wanted to hear it. So, just another example of course how the media ah, lies to us about a variety of things, which we know. This is, this is nothing. This is obviously nothing new to us.

Talk about, we talked a little bit before about ah, Malia and Sasha, which was the name I couldn’t remember, um not being Barack and Michelle’s biological children and it’s because Michelle is not Michelle…Michelle is Michael and Michael cannot bear children. So, in very typical Cabal fashion these children were rented, literally rented by the Obamas for the period in the White House and the plan was, of course, for Malia and Sasha to go back to their biological parents, which you see here in the photos (on screen) after 2020. Obviously, they still had contact. Ah, there’s actually pictures but I couldn’t find them. They must have been taken down from the internet and just like everything else around, um, the Obama conspiracies happened but there is actually pictures of these 2 girls, Sasha and Malia, with these two people that you see on the screen here.

And you can see the resemblance especially Sasha and her mother, ah, very, very keen resemblance and I think that Malia, who’s the older one, the taller one there on the top photo, ah, Malia I think is, is very much a look alike of her, her father, which is the gentleman you see here twice in the video. So, and again, nothing that I’ve reported so far is Intel. Nothing. You guys know, I always save the Intel for last, come on. Don’t you know me by now? We’re getting there, we’re getting there. (Phil smiles.)
 
I’m going to do another fiction here on the left-hand side of the screen. Barack Obama received 365 electoral votes in 2008, a total of 69,498,516 votes. That’s all from 2008. Then again, in his re-election year, 2012, he received another 332 electoral votes in a landslide victory over Mitt Romney and gathered a total 65,915,795 votes. Highest number all time for a president. That 69 million was the highest number all time for a president until Joe Biden’s fraudulent votes. Lot of electoral votes, look at that, 365 and 332, only need 271,(Phil makes a correction) 270 to victory. Crazy right? But I got news for you.
 
Oh, before we get to, (Phil shows an election map of states on the screen) before we get to the truth about this election, you can see here that Barack Obama defeated the ah, no name, in a landslide, 10 million on the popular vote side, more than doubled the electoral college. See that blue wall that they always refer to there, right? And then in 2012, we have Barack Obama trouncing on Mitt Romney, who…Mitt Romney was Cabal too. I think you guys know that. Mitt Romney was.. They knew Mitt Romney could get the nomination and Mitt Romney was just to throw, to throw the election which is exactly what he did. They wanted Obama in and they needed Obama in. So… you can see that blue wall there in the northeastern part that broke it, looks like Indiana. So, but of course, as we’re doing in you know, carrying on the theme of tonight’s show, the FACT, that you can see over here on the right-hand side of the screen, Barack Obama was the first United States presidential candidate to effectively use machine-based voter fraud to capture the presidency.
 
Now, other presidents, Bill Clinton, um, George Bush, in the past have used fraud. But Obama, and I think with the inception of the digital age and technology evolving around 2008-period and before, they really perfected a way to commit voter fraud, ah, for Barack Obama’s elections. The name of the game was to create a premise around Barack Obama that he’s the most popular president in the history of America. So, would he have won? Probably not, honestly. Probably not.

Why? First of all, even if the reporting by the mainstream media were not accurate and they didn’t include the fact that he was a gay man living with a transgender man, who’s trying to be a female or whatever you want to call it. I don’t know how to refer to that as-he, her, them, they, whatever. Um, even without the accurate reporting about that, and about his background as a Muslim and all that stuff and keep in mind that September 11, 2001, before Obama ran was right there in the rearview; it wasn’t very far away. So, the Muslim and everybody’s scared of Muslims because of what they did with the media and the reporting. Obama may not have won at all against McCain who was also Cabal or against Romney, who was also Cabal.
 
But the fraud pushed him over big time. And not only did they need Obama to win, they also needed Obama to crush the competition, absolutely crush the competition. And that is exactly how the election turned out.

Now, this, I know, (Phil shows a photo on screen.) it’s a little small, I apologize for that. We have talked about Benford’s Law on my show in the past. Benford’s Law is the, and by the way, it’s not a theory, right? You can hear it in the name, Benford’s Law is a law of mathematics. It has to exist otherwise, if it doesn’t exist and it’s wrong, many other mathematical equations that have been written that are accurate would also therefore be wrong. And all the math that we use on a regular basis would actually not be real. Okay?

So, Benford’s Law says there is a exactly probability of numbers occurring, naturally, randomly, in the environment, in the real world, at a certain rate. A one will appear as the first digit number in a sequence a certain amount of times and there’s a ratio applied to that. The number 2 will appear as the first digit in a random number set a certain amount of times, number 3, number 4. You can see the top 2 graphs on the right-hand side, Actually, let’s go to, which one do I want to look at it?
 
Joe Jorgenson in the bottom left-hand corner, right here, you can see the number 1 appears in his vote totals and it follows this curve. See the curve that goes from the top left down to the bottom right? All of his vote totals follow Benford’s Law perfectly. It is a perfect Benford’s Law chart. Right over here, here’s another one. This one’s from write-in candidates, you can’t get anymore random than that. Write in candidates - You can see that red curve, all of those lines perfectly follow that red curve. You see that? (Phil points to the bottom 3 graphs on screen.) 
 
Let’s go to Joseph Biden, 2020 presidential elector. And we’re going to get back to Obama in just a second. Look at Biden’s. Here is the red line, okay, what would be predicted by Benford’s Law, not Bedford’s theory, Benford’s Law, look at Biden’s vote totals. (Phil laughs.) He’s nowhere even close. Do you know that the IRS uses Benford’s Law to catch tax fraud? Did you know that. They will actually take your, because if you’re committing fraud they’ll know because you’re entering your own numbers and you’re not following Benford’s Law. So, if your tax return doesn’t follow Benford’s Law, they audit you and they’re going to find you and they are going to charge you with tax fraud.
  
Crazy right? Why don’t we do that for presidential elections, right? Because clearly here is 2020, doesn’t follow Benford’s Law does it? This one over here, Trump, you can see his curve follows almost perfectly. And Don Blankenship, not a lot of data for him, obviously because there weren’t a lot of votes but you can see it’s also starting to follow it perfectly, right? The only vote getter on the screen that does not follow Benford’s Law is Joe Biden because these votes were fraudulent, which we know, right? It’s not that anyone here doubts that.
 
Here is a close up of Joe Biden’s vote totals um, in the 2020 election. The actual votes that Biden received are the blue (Phil shows a graph on screen of Biden’s totals in blue versus Bedford’s Law prediction.

) charts and what they should have been according to the law of numbers, Benford’s Law, are the yellow blocks. So you can see how OFF the fraud was. And, of course, it was. You can’t follow Benford’s Law if you are committing fraud. You can’t do that. Well, you could but you won’t win the election. It’s not going to be an outcome you’re going to like, right? So, we know 2020 was fraudulent but now that we refreshed our memory of how bad and how fraudulent it actually was in 2020, let’s look at Obama’s, shall we?
 
This is 2008 election totals (Phil shows 2 graphs on screen) on the left-hand side, right up here, okay? These are Obama’s votes. You can see on the right-hand side this is the natural distribution of Bedford’s Law and what his votes should have been. Nice curve going down, right? Benford’s Law right there. What the he** is this sh**? I mean if this was a tax return Obama would be audited and put in jail. Massive, massive fraud in 2008. And, I’m told from my source, that was the first time that digital fraud was actually committed in a presidential election. This was the first time they tried it and they won, obviously, with ease. That was 2008.
 
Let’s take a look at 2012. (Phil adds another graph to the screen.) Eeh. Whoa. I don’t see that natural distribution anymore. It’s not there. Very fraudulent both 2008 and 2012 and of course, these are Obama’s votes. So, they want you to think Obama was this very popular president that everybody adored. Um, American dream, you know. Perfect family. He’s a liar, a cheater and a fraud. That’s the truth.
 
Next slide: I realize I have to move this up. (Phil adjusts the fiction side of his items.) Last one for the night. Fiction, Barack Obama is alive and well, currently living in Kalorama, Washington, DC. Now he has other houses across the United States ah, but his whereabouts, his place of residence right now, is a place in Washington, DC. He did not leave. Ah, he wasn’t allowed to leave. Remember all that military presence in Washington? Remember all the fences and everything?

It wasn’t strictly for Obama but it was for Obama - one of the ones anyway. And if we take a look at um, all this stuff is publicly available. Here, this is Obama's house in Washington, DC where he lives. Very historic, stone, prestigious property. That’s what happens when you make all those hundreds of millions of dollars through foreign affairs. Another angle. (Phil shows pictures of his house in Washington, DC. And also a picture of Obama and Michelle (Michael). Obviously very bricky. There’s Michael Lavaughn Robinson. There THEY  are. (Phil laughs.)
 
So, this is fictional. Ah, we’ll go back to the previous slide here. Barack Obama is alive and well and living in that nice brick, stone, whatever the he** house with his transgender husband, wife, what do you even call them? Who knows? I don’t even know. I don’t care really. Just do your thing. Do your thing. That is fiction.
 
Because, Barack Obama was executed on December 1, 2024 via firing squad for treason, sedition, crimes against humanity, and child sex trafficking via military tribunal. Barack Obama, ladies and gentlemen, is dead. He is as dead as dead there is. (Phil shows Barack Obama’s picture on screen.) This son-of-a-bit** was an evil, evil, evil man and if anyone deserved the type of death that this son-of-a-bit** received, it was him. Your children, your grandchildren, yourself, if this man had done what he wanted to do, most of us right now wouldn’t be alive and if we were, we’d be awaiting our own tribunal or execution. They got him. We got him.
 
Now you’re going to see Barack Obama in the media. This isn’t going to be revealed ah, in the mainstream media right away, so you’re going to see pre-recorded videos from before his execution this month. You’re going to see CGI. You’re going to see AI-created voice. You’re going to see all of that. So, when you do see it, your reaction, hopefully, will not be, Ah, Phil’s a jerk. He lied to us again.

They’re not going to let this come out the way that it’s coming out of my mouth, but it will come out. There’s nowhere for them to hide. No one will get away with anything that they’ve done. And especially on this level; the level that Barack Obama did it at is unfathomable. Now, a lot of you will ask, well, what about Michelle, Michael? They, her, them, their, I don’t know, whatever. That one. Ah, I don’t have any information on that. I do know that he, she they, them were not executed. I don’t know what the fate is going to be of their, them, they. Ah, I mean, I’m sure they knew how much could be proven of that, what action did they take, that’s all questions for a different day, you know? So, apparently I scheduled a live stream at the same time of a very important football game, tonight? Is there a football game, because game of the year…everyone’s…I have dozens and dozens of emails, direct messages. I didn’t even read some of them because they are all about football. Geesh. Imagine liking football so much that you don’t wanna watch me. I mean, you people would probably even go to the Super Bowl or something. How crazy is that?
 
So, I wrestled with this for the last couple of hours and I’ve decided to move my live to tomorrow. Um, I don’t wanna, disrupt anyone’s football season. I don’t even know, who is it? Who’s playing? Let me look. (Phil looks this information up online on his phone.) Minnesota and Detroit. Okay, well, I could see how that’s, that’s a big game. Um, I can’t believe I’m getting pushed, you know? Like, why can’t you watch the replay, of the game and watch me live? So a lot of you are going to be pi*****, but this is one of those things where a lot of you are going to be pi***** no matter what I do. So, we’ll just do the live tomorrow.
 
Stupid. So, stupid. So, what I think we’ll do tonight, is, rather this week is ah, Monday and…Well, let’s just do, I’ll figure out what other day it is going to be this week by tomorrow. A couple things. Number one, I am, tonight is one of those nights where I just get so disappointed in humanity, at the level that people will go to and I’m not going to mention specifics, but the level that people will go to because they’re jealousy or hatred toward me gets the better of them.
 
I’m, I can’t believe that I’m saying this, but I’m surprised how low people will go. I mean, we’ve seen lower before. You guys have been there through it all with me. But the continuation of filth that just plagues some people’s lives, I, I feel really bad and I’ll pray for whoever it is. Um, That’s number one. It never ceases to amaze me the depths that people will go to, to try to… I don’t know if they think it’ll ruin my success or... I don’t know. I have no idea. That’s number one.
 
Number two, I am deleting social media. I just have no need for it at all. None. I hardly log into Facebook or Instagram anymore. Twitter. I just, there’s no need for me to…to be there, especially when stuff like this happens. There are hundreds, HUNDREDS of fake Phil Godlewski accounts; hundreds, maybe even thousands on every platform that there is - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, obviously Rumble. You guys have gotten all those fake messages from Rumble. I just, I’m done. I’m just done. I’m done trying to compete with the evil that’s out there.
 
Now, when I say, I’m deleting social media, of course, I’m not going to be deleting (excuse me, Phil says) my Telegram or my Rumble channel. I’ll still be doing live streams and…everything like that. But these other social media channels, I, I just can’t stand what’s happening to people. A few weeks ago, somebody lost $8,000 because the person who’s pretending to me, I think it was on Facebook, actually, ah was asking for $8,000 as a donation to me or whatever. I’m just done. I’m not, I’m not going to do this anymore.
 
I, I was at my mother’s um, birthday dinner tonight and I was flooded with a bunch of text messages saying that this one said this and that one said that and you know, people that don’t know any better buy into this stuff and it’s just, it’s very disheartening to me and it’s very distracting for me as well, that’s another thing. Ah, I just have no need for these accounts anymore so, I’m going to permanently delete Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I’m going to keep Truth Social because it’s Trump’s thing. Ah, I’ll keep Rumble. I’ll keep Dlive. I’ll keep my streaming platforms. But, I’m sorry to the members of my Facebook group that were receiving streams. I’ll figure out another way on how to get you on a private stream. Um, this is, this is insane. What’s happening is insane and I’m not, I’m not going to, I’m not going to do it anymore.

Well, this is a little embarrassing. I went to take a nap at about 5:00. Now usually when I nap during the day, I can’t sleep any more than 2 hours, at the very most; sometimes, an hour and a half, maybe even an hour depending on a couple things. And I went in to nap about 5:00, thinking that, well, if I get up at 7:00, that’s plenty of time. It was already starting to get dark at 5:00 here because it’s winter and stupid.
 
Um, so I laid down in bed and I fell asleep and I literally just woke up now at 9:30 or almost 9:30 or whatever stupid time it is. (Telegram notification channel of Phil’s shows he posted this short video at 9:33 p.m. which is an hour and a half over his scheduled live stream time he gave earlier today.) Ah, I think my body thought it was like nighttime because the light wasn’t coming in through the windows like it was when I went to sleep, so I think my body just kept sleeping, so apparently I slept for 4 and a half hours and completely overshot my live.
 
Um, so I know a bunch of people are going to be pi**** off and you are probably one of them, whoever is watching this. So, ah, my apologies. I, obviously, I’m not going to do it now. It’s too late, 10:00 at night for a live stream on a Sunday isn’t…isn’t reasonable.
 
So, I am going to reschedule this. I can’t do tomorrow, but I will do Tuesday and Thursday this week and probably Saturday, but Tuesday and Thursday definitely, but maybe Saturday. It depends if a couple things happen or don’t happen over the next couple days. Um, but Tuesday will be the next one. I’m going to do the one I was supposed to do tonight on Tuesday. We’ll do another one on Thursday and another one on Saturday.
 
My apologies, you guys. I had no idea that I was going to sleep for 4-1/2 hours at 5:00 in the evening. I just…that never happens to me. It’s just a really weird, really weird thing.  And now, it’s like 9:30 which is usually the time I go to sleep, I’m awake. So, it’s going to, it’s going to be a day. Ah, tomorrow is going to be interesting too. Sorry, this was…I had a lot planned for tonight, too. I had a guest coming on to do a thing and…

I thought I planned the day out pretty well. I got home, was tired because we had an early, an early day today with the boys and a couple other things going on after that and ah, I just, I blew it. I don’t know. I don’t know how, I don’t know how that….I’m pretty mad at two things. Number one, my body didn’t wake up. I’m not happy about that. And number 2, I probably should have set an alarm. I just didn’t think there was a need to do that, because I don’t generally sleep 3 hours during the day. I don’t know. It is what it is. What are you going to do now, right?

At that moment, when you feel that overwhelming amount of news hitting your plate all at the same time, I bet you that each and every one of you is going to say these words.

For the citizens of the United States, our country has been attacked by a radical left group of extremists, part of a global terrorist network of politicians, businessmen, high ranking government officials, intelligence agencies, and dangerous criminals - collectively known as the cabal.

For years, these extremists have flaunted their wealth, power, and technology in the face of all human beings - most of which are struggling to put food on their table and a roof over their head. Ah, so I can tell you this, when I, when I plan a live and I schedule it live and I fully intend to go live at the time that I schedule it.  Like meaning, hey, you know what? If it’s Monday and I say, and I’m going to do a live on Wednesday. When I say that on Monday, I fully intend to do it on Wednesday. But, I’m busy. I’m just busy. Alright, good. That's what happens when you don't go live for a while-all these like, little common errors turn into, like, huge things. But anyway, I apologize for not being as punctual as I should be when it comes to my live streaming and that's going to change. It's, it’s, honestly, it has a lot to do with the time of the year. Summers are a really bad time and the holidays are a really bad time. This has happened for the last 4 years. In those same exact times, especially after I started, you know really, really getting big. Like that’s who, that’s who you think my guest is going to be? So, so I feel, I’m sorry. Like this, like, it’s an enormous disappointment but ah, it’s actually, you know, really good stuff and you guys know, I haven’t had guests on my show very often, um, in regard… Shoot. In regard to like other streamers or anything like that. It’s just not my M.O. because I don’t do that, you know, for a variety of reasons we don’t have to get into now. But ah, I decided to do a guest appearance tonight because what’s going on is some really, it’s going to coincide with the rest of my live that I’m going to do after the guest appearance. Um, and then after that, we’re going to get into the Intel portion of tonight’s live, which is actually going to tie into what the guest was talking about in a way. You’ll see what I mean. Mr. Todd Collins, 1717. He always, you know Todd when I first recognized Todd um, when he started giving donations on Dlive, I think it was for $17.17 and ah, I remember the user name and whatever, and then I saw Todd at an event in Tulsa…Tulsa, Oklahoma. And Todd and I became good friends and quick business partners shortly thereafter and we have a lot to talk about tonight with some ongoing stuff that will affect many of you that are currently a member of Phil’s Silver um, and those of you that maybe are not yet members or have been members in the past. There have been so many changes that I can’t even keep count, so Todd started telling me some of them. I said, you know what, Todd, why don’t you just come on my show and, like, tell everybody because Todd is more well versed with all things Phil’s Silver than even Phil is, which it should be called Todd’s Silver but it’s not going to be because I really like my name and I like branding everywhere and I’m not going to put Todd’s name on anything because that’s just, not that important. But, um, anyways, Todd, without further ado, tell us what we got going on with the future of 7K metals as well as Phil’s Silver.
 
Todd: Well, first of all, I wanna thank you for setting the bar so low tonight.
 
Phil: I didn’t, they did. They set the bar low. I’m fine and I’m reading, who’s the guest? Who’s the guest? Like all these big names are coming up. And I’m like, when I put him on camera, they’re just going to leave. Not because you’re bad but because the expectation of that was so high.
 
Todd: Well, I hope that I can at least, get to the low level of the bar here tonight. And that, first of all, thank you, Phil, for having me on tonight.

I wanna thank you mostly because you aggressively laid the foundation for the massive shift in wealth for your entire audience, including myself, ah, back in early 2022, I guess 2021 I guess it was. You talked quite a bit about ah, moving money away from the fiat dollar and getting into precious metals. And you gave us a couple places to go buy some silver and my recollection is one of them I won’t name right now, but usually your audience bought them out of the silver that they had in stock at that point in time and shortly after that you discovered 7K metals and you and I both joined in August, I think it was, of 2021. And since then, you have helped thousands and thousands of people to exchange that fiat currency for precious metals, physical precious metals. And, and you know, that’s helped a lot of us secure and build wealth and that’s because you introduced us to 7K metals and have continued to work with us to build the platform that we have here.
 
Since that initial introduction, you, along with several of your team leaders including myself ah, have really helped thousands of extra people ah, earn more money every month as well. Some of the people that joined your Phil’s Silver and became members of 7K ah, didn’t want to earn any extra income and I’ll talk about that in a minute. Ah, but others did. They were really for a way to kinda offset the economic challenges they were experiencing due to the shifting in the political and environment ah, right after the last election. Everything is focused around trying to help everyone else because I recognize that there is a very large group of people that have been detrimentally affected by ah, what happened in 2020 election and leading to the…all the Biden stuff and what he did and all the stuff that has been happening all around the world and those things as well. So, my M.O. has been to try to help as many people as possible. And I think a lot of people that are here, probably aren’t even aware of all the things that we’ve done for others. Now, it’s not something that we require or something, you know, that we strongly push, for example. When was the last time I talked about Phil’s Silver or 7K Metals? I kinda got the impression that um, maybe there was a little bit of fatigue, you know, in terms of the businesses that I was launching and maybe just around metals because I talked about it, like you said, for so long. So I kinda took my foot off the gas a little bit, but when there’s monumental changes in the company that I’m involved in, you’re involved in and thousands, tens of thousands of people that are in our audience right now are involved in, I think everyone needs to know about it.
 
And Todd and I decided that the easiest way to do that instead of send out emails and text messages and phone calls and all that kind of stuff, why don't we just do it on live stream and we have the majority of the, the millions of people that are watching actually tuned in? Todd:  Thank you for that Phil. I will be brief tonight. I don't have a lot to say. I have a couple of major objectives tonight and they're pretty simple ones that we’ll get to in here in just a minute, but I think the thing I want to kind of highlight is we're sort of talking to three different people in your audience right now. We talk to people that are currently 7K metals through Phil’s Silver. We've got a group of them that are no longer members-either their membership expired, they ran out of money because the economic, you know, shift happened and they just had to figure out where they were going to cut expenses and some people didn't renew their memberships because at the beginning 7K required you to have an annual renewable membership in order to keep your, your member benefits. And then the third group are people that probably never even heard anything about 7K metals.  Maybe they listen to a presentation and didn't enroll but a lot of them you know a year or two, three ago were listening to a presentation about the old membership options, the old compensation plan that existed and it's so drastically been enhanced.

It is really imperative I think that everybody take a look at it or look again at it at this point in time. You know those last three years, I think the there's been a few major objections that I've heard along the way for why people didn't enroll and the biggest one was they couldn't afford the 7K metals membership and back then, like I said, it was an annual renewable fee that you had to pay to stay a member. Well 7K has come up with three new membership options; one of them, you pay one time that's a lifetime membership; another one is an annual renewable and then they have one you just pay $149 for and by grabbing that membership, which is the basic entry level membership that they have, you’re able to buy fractional gold and silver. You can take advantage of almost all the member benefits including getting a paycheck, if you decide to try and go after one of those; but you can literally start accumulating precious metals. It’s just a dollar a day or a dollar a week or a dollar a month.
 
So a lot of people think I got to have a lot of money to buy silver and gold, you don't. But you need to be buying some silver and gold. You’ve been telling us that for about 4 years now or a little longer maybe. But with that, the different membership options that we've got, you can be one and done by buying a legacy VIP membership or you can just take the $149 basic membership or the one in between, any one of those three might fit every one of your audience members but they won't know until they take a look at the different benefits that exist in each one of those.
 
Phil: So not to interrupt you, but just so I get this straight they now have a membership where you could just pay one time, a certain amount, whatever that amount is and then they're a member for life. There's no more annual memberships like it used to be in the past?
 
Todd: Accurate. you can buy one time, pay that VIP Legacy membership. It's got a lot of member benefits. I'm not going to get into all those tonight. I think that's better explained why one of our enrollment team members, when they make an appointment, but I think it's worth a good look and as you said it a minute ago, please take 15 minutes or invest 15 minutes of your time to listen to what I have to say tonight.

I'm going to ask for about 30 minutes or so for them to make an appointment, your audience members to make an appointment, with one of our team members. It might be me, it might be you, it might be anybody that takes calls for you but we'd like to show you what the member benefits have to offer and then you can make a good decision if the 7K metals membership is something you want to grab or if it's not right for you, it's not right for you, that's fine.

So yeah, they have the Legacy members of the VIP Legacy that allows you one-time fee and then you have access to all the member benefits and that includes instant gold pay which you get if you do enroll anybody else underneath you, you get paid commission. So if somebody that you enroll buys, say, $1,000 worth of silver or gold, you get about a 1% match as a bonus that goes into your sound money wallet, in like metals. There's just some really cool things that go on.
 
So, like if I was going to be a member and I didn't have a lot of money but my dad did and he wanted to try and roll some of this money that he had in the bank into precious metals, when he did that, I actually get a commission for the purchase that he makes underneath me. Phil: Ah, that thing, I think is the most, one of the most interesting things, changes in 7K that I've seen is the fact that they're now giving precious metals not just through the coin of the month that we talked about many times and all that but also through, what did you call it?  You called it a gold deposit or something? Todd:  Instant Gold pay. Yep. Each one of the memberships, when you enroll somebody underneath you in the Legacy, the VIP, or the basic membership, you get either 80 dollars in gold, 40 dollars in gold or 20 dollars in gold, respectively, the minute you enrolled them and immediately gets deposited in your sound money wallet.
 
Phil: See that's super huge to me because before when we first launched 7K and we were enrolling everybody into the downline tree and all that kind of stuff, we, we only got points for that. The points would accumulate, obviously, into commission and then if you accumulated a certain amount of points you know one week versus the next week versus the next week, you would get a certain amount of commission based on those points. Now, that process is still the same except they've added precious metals to your earnings, basically. So if you get a certain amount of enrollments not only do you just get points like it did before but now you're actually getting metal. They’re depositing metal right into your sound money wallet, which is super awesome. I wish we had that 3 years ago when we started this. More people would have gold, right now. Um, but regardless, it’s still available now and the one reason why I wanted to hit home on this is because too, a lot of people that we originally signed up with 7K are no longer with 7K, for a variety of reasons. Um, I think that audience is the audience that we’re trying to appeal to the most. If you were already with it, and you dropped for whatever reason, there’s a lot of reasons, you know, lost a job, whatever it is. You just didn’t have the money for it. You may now be able to afford it because of these changes. And no only that you may even be in a better position to see than when we first launched in 2021.
 
Todd: I think that’s accurate, especially in light of the fact that we have a change in the White House happening in the next couple of weeks and our economy should start to improve. Some of the regulations and tariffs and what not that he is putting on is going to improve, you know, bring the dollars back to the United States again. When more jobs happen, people have more money in their pocket.

And again, it’s just the nature of the beast that when things get tightened up you gotta have an electric arm and get a piece of silver from 7K every month, you gotta do what you gotta do to you know, take care of your family. I totally respect that. But I agree with you, if you’ve been a member in 7K metals in the past and are not right now or at least not engaged in understanding what is going on with the membership you have, this is the perfect opportunity. At the end, we’re going to announce a couple of contests and where you’re audience needs to go to find out how to get plugged in and/or how to find out if this is right for them or not. And that kinda brings me to the….sorry.
 
Phil: No, cool. Go ahead.
 
Todd: Well, that kinda brings me to the second objection that we heard a lot and that was, a lot of people wanted to buy bullion, but they weren’t really interested in the coin of the month, the, the um, the numismatic or the um, the collectible coin options, there are 4 of them with 7K. And I totally understand that. Well, I think that you, I remember, you and
I had a conversation before I joined 7K metals when I said, why in the world do I want all these collectible coins? You know, silver is going to go up, whether it doubles or quintuples or it goes up by a 1000, isn’t good just to have a piece of silver or bullion, you know, at melt price? Why would I want these 120 or 150 dollar collectible or 500 dollar collectible coins; there’s lots of those out there too. And you gave me some great explanation on that. It really changed my life because I would not have any of the wealth that I have accumulated if you had not given me that advice, because the coins that I bought have gone up drastically.
 
Phil: And that is a good point to interject here and sort of explain when you hear the word, bullion, what that means versus what a numismatic coin is. These are 2 totally different things. They are both metal, okay, so when you have a piece of metal and a coin, they’re both metal, right? But they’re in different shapes. Okay, so the coin in round. It has a certain design on it, has a certain year on it, has a certain date, has a certain condition. Maybe it’s a really good condition. Maybe it’s in really poor condition. Maybe you didn’t put it in an airtight case and it oxidizes and it gets, you know, yucky or whatever. Um, there’s a bunch of differences between what bullion is and what a numismatic coin is, and a great numismatic coin but the biggest difference is bullion is just kind of, a kind of raw silver or raw gold. It could be shaped a certain way. It could be whatever or poured into a certain mold. But it’s just raw. There’s no specialty to it. It’s not numbered, it’s not part of a series…none of those things. Not a collectible. It’s just raw. And when we talk about spot value, the spot value of a metal is associated with how many ounces of the metal you have.
 
So if you have a 10, 10-ounce bar of silver or gold, whatever the spot value is, you go to it that day and you look it up and you multiply that by 10. You're 10 ounces are worth a certain amount. A numismatic coin is only one ounce. There's, there's others that are more ounces than that, of course, but let's just say you have a one-ounce coin. That one-ounce coin could be worth 100 times more than your 10-ounce bar just because of what is on the coin. Is it a collector's piece? There are many, many millions of coin collectors all across the world, forget about just the country, across the world and these specific sets of coins, in these, you know, different numismatic coins, different series of coins, so to speak, have a value onto themselves to these collectors. And in addition to that, of course, silver eagles. Silver eagles and Gold Eagles are considered currency by the US Mint and they will always have a little bit more value too.

So having a numismatic coin which is what 7K has become famous for, versus having just the plain piece of metal from any other company, there is an enormous difference and I think the majority of people that have accumulated their wealth over the last few years that, that we've been involved have probably done so through those numismatics. I know my numismatic coin value from the coins that I bought through 7K through Phil’s Silver has exploded, you know, because I bought some, some really cool interesting coins in the value of those are very well documented. So I think that's the biggest misnomer is everybody thinks, oh well, metal here is only $30 spot value and the same ounces over here is $100. Well, it's not because you're getting ripped off $70 it's because there's numismatic value, value associated with that coin. That's a good point, I'm glad you brought that up.
 
Todd: Yeah and just real quick to give your audience a visual aid in my, this hand (Todd is showing his left hand with a round coin) this is a just a regular Silver Eagle non-graded. This is a graded MS-70 Silver Eagle (Todd holds up in his right hand a square coin). The one in the case here is the sealed, hermetically sealed so you can't get into that without breaking the case open. And this coin’s worth about three times as this coin is. (He is referring to the right-handed coin in the case versus the left-handed coin not in a case) the minute it's put into this case and graded.

And that is something that's an education point that we actually try…We pride ourselves and 7K does in bringing education to the new members that we have on exactly why you want a little bit of both in the portfolio as you start to grow it and then, as you said, many people have never saved anything in their entire life. Actually you didn't say this. This is my next point. It, and I'm one of those people I would get two or three or four thousand dollars in a savings account; I've always made decent money, but then, you know, a nice set of golf clubs would come along or I wanted to upgrade some feature on my car or put an addition on part of my house and I will go tap that savings account. Well, the auto saver that comes every month from 7K actually just shows up every month. It's an automatic thing and it allows me to stack silver, one of their four options that you get to pick from, I actually get all four options every month and because of that, I have a substantial savings account now that I never would have had had you not introduced me to 7K Metals and explained to me why I wanted to get the, the numismatic or the collectible coins.

Todd: Yep. I’m going to cover 2 more things real quick.

Um, one of the most important things when people said, I don’t really understand the numismatic coins. I don’t really want to have that coin-of-the month thing but I still want the membership. Well, you used to have to have the coin-of-the-month in order to maintain your membership. In the VIP Legacy, there is an option to turn off your auto saver, which I don't recommend you do at all, but if you're philosophically opposed to buying the coins at 7K Metals had, but you still want to take advantage of the 7K advantage and the sound money wallet and the all the different other membership benefits that we have, you can do that.

But before you turn that auto saver off, what we've been doing a lot of in the last three years, is educating our members how instead of sending $125 or $150 every month into the IRS, you can actually get this coin instead, one of the auto ships and now you're buying silver and gold, stacking silver and gold with money you used to send to the IRS that they're sending over to what's his name in ah, never mind I won't get into political stuff tonight. But they don't use our tax dollars for things that help me. My roads around here are terrible. But the people over in other countries are getting great big bonus checks from our government with our tax dollars.

So I wanted to know how exactly can I shift the dollar, say that $10,000, that I'm sending the IRS every year and change that into money that I can, sorry for that, silver and gold, that I actually can stack in my own safe in my house in my possession. So we want to take an opportunity to show your audience that little feature because it's pretty incredible. Another thing we've heard a lot of is, I don't want to build a business and that's absolutely fine. In fact and you'll see in the income disclosure if you go look at it, about 85% of all the 7K Metals members are just that they're just members. They don't get a paycheck. They don't introduce the membership to anybody else. I shouldn't say a paycheck, a commission check. Ah, but since the company started eight years ago, they've run statistics every year. They track all this stuff and only about 15% on average of their members build a business and regular paycheck or commission check from them and under the old compensation plan, is you remember, it used to be pretty hard to earn enough points to get that commission check.

Well, the enhanced comp plan that they've got in place now, has been so aggressively changed that not only is it’s almost, it's, it's so much more easy to get the first commission check, the $250 commission check is the first one you're able to attain, but once you get a few people underneath each side of you along with the instant gold pay and some of the other resources that we've got between you, myself and 7K there's so much there to help people that do want to build a business duplicate and replicate, which is the key to any kind of network marketing, is having an easy, duplicatable system and we've managed to help hundreds and hundreds of people learn how to do just that.
 
Phil: Yeah. I think the highlight there is it’s easier to take commission now than it used to be based on the aggressive changes that have happened with the comp plans. So, you were involved with this before and maybe you struggled to get a commission check out of this, ah, and therefore struggled to maintain the membership because you weren’t making money, ah, 7K is drastically changed the things that they’ve done to that comp plan to help you earn easier and to keep you involved this time instead of losing you ah, to, for various reasons, things like we talked about. So I know there's some contest details coming up and this would be the last. I think we'll wrap it up after this.
