Alright. We are live. Here we are. We are live. I’m here. You’re also here. So, that’s good. That’s a really terrible opening Phil. Good job. Um, anyway now that I’m off to a perfect start ah, ugh, for those of you that don’t know me ah, where have you been? Like, for real. Boy, we got a lot to talk about tonight, don’t we?

Holy moly. Lots to talk about tonight. I think you guys are going to be pretty excited about the news tonight. I know I was. Started dancing in my car so I felt the need to record that dancing and you know, a lot of people tell me I’m a great dancer. A lot of people say that. Ah, and those people, they don’t even know each other. It’s interesting because if all those people say the same thing and they are unrelated to each other then they can’t all be lying, simultaneously. I mean, it’s just….
So, I’m not saying I agree that I’m a good dancer. I’m just saying that a lot of people say it. A lot of people. A lot of people. Sometimes when I’m dancing, a lot people say that wow, you have moves like Jagger. I don’t even know what that means. But sounds like a good thing. Sounds like Jagger has moves, you know? Anyway, I hope I made some of you guys smile just now. If not, then, you know….(Phil laughs.) It’s going to be one of those nights, I guess.

Anyway, okay. It is iced tea by the way; I don’t drink alcohol. I don’t like how it tastes. It just doesn’t taste good. It tastes burny, burny-like thing, you know. And also I get like acid reflux, I don’t know if that’s the thing. You know what I mean? Does that happen to a lot of people? And the hangovers…boy, when I used to drink when I was younger, I was a champ. I could drink it. (Phil blows wind through his lips.) I could drink kegs and kegs of beer. Ah, and I recovered quickly the next day. But now, you know, ah, forget it.

When you hit 40 those years are gone. I give a lot of credit to you guys that like, drink, like you’re winos, winos like rinos. And you drink, like, a couple nights a week or whatever. Good for you. Whew. I don’t know…stay away from that.

I really can’t see. I think something’s seriously wrong with my eyes. Maybe it’s just not bright enough. Hold on. Oh, my brightness was down. No wonder I couldn’t read anything. Yes, I am a Duke fan, you’re right. Um, the North Carolina hat that I’m wearing…I actually haven’t seen this hat in a while. I don’t know where it was, just miraculously showed up on my shelf in my ah, mudroom and this hat has a little bit of a story behind it.

I actually lost a bet one year in the NCAA tournament, um, I thought that Carolina had a terrible team that year. And I was wrong. They went pretty far so I had to wear this as a, as a lost bet. I don’t have to wear it as a lost bet now. I can do what I want now, but I just wanted to wear it because I saw it in there. I was like, wow, I haven’t seen you in a long time, hat. And ah, so I wore it.

Big election’s coming up in North Carolina? Wow, you don’t say. Hmm It’s probably just a coincidence. I don’t know. I don’t know.

Alright. We got a lot to talk about tonight. Enough of my yapping about absolutely nothing. Ah, thank you guys for tuning in. My name is Phil Godlewski for those of you that don’t know. I have been doing this for about 4 years now. Actually, going on 5 years, which is absolutely bizarre. Um, thank you guys for tuning in. Thank you guys for being my audience. We’re going to talk about some stuff tonight that I don’t think you know about that you won’t get from mainstream media. And we’re going to try to tie it into what we know has happened already and what we’re expecting to happen and around when, hopefully, that should happen.

So, let’s talk about that. Anyway, before we get started, tell me where you all are from.

so, a couple of things. Let’s do a little bit of cleanup before we get into the good stuff. Um, my JFK film, I’m not sure if you noticed, you probably didn’t, but we have cut the price in half. Let me tell you why. First of all, it’s been out about a month, a little more than a month, whatever it’s been and we’re, we sold it like crazy. I mean, an absolutely tremendous amount of sales. Thank you guys so much for all of those purchases. I’m beyond grateful.

Ah, we brought it out at an introductory price, if you remember, at the $29 mark. And then it went back up to the $39 mark, which was the original price. We now slashed that in half today. We’re in negotiations right now with Prime, Amazon Prime, to put it on there. There have been JFK documentaries on Prime that are terrible, absolutely terrible. And ah, mine is not. Mine is quite good. And, I’m not just saying that because it’s mine. Like, if I saw this and it wasn’t mine and that was some other guy doing the narrative, and all that stuff and the whole story, I would put on one of my shows. I would like, literally, livestream it. Because that’s how good it is.

If you haven’t seen it yet, that will blow your mind. Um, a lot of people have been asking me if I’m going to do a part 2. Ah, I don’t know. Look at that thing again. There it is. (It appears to be notification of a donation to Phil that shows on screen in bright green.) Phil reads the donation and says, thank you for the donation. I don’t know  what the he** is happening though. Because I have never seen that before tonight. I mean, I’ve seen donations but not on the thing. I don’t know where they’re coming from. Whatever.

I mean, we have, with Quantum Philms, we have some of the most advanced, ah, animation that you can do and you have seen a lot of that in my JFK film, if you already watched it. All those animations that were done, all the snipers and their locations, all of Dealey Plaza through those animations, were exactly to scale.

The limo is exactly where it was when the shots occurred. It was exactly the distance from the limo, from the grassy knoll to the limo, um, to the bridge, the buildings, everything. Everything was exactly perfect in those animations. That was for JFK but when you get into something like 9/11 and you have that same, um, scaled-down view, in the form of a film, it’s going to be remarkable. I’m really, really excited to do it.
One thing that has always aggravated me over the years, is that not enough people know truly what really happened on 9/11. You may think you know what happened on 9/11 but you don’t.  Some of you may, because I talked about it before. But when we put this all in one nice little package, like the JFK documentary was, you’re going to like it. You’re going to like it a lot.

So, yeah get onto JFK.film. Get that documentary. Ah, I’m going to keep it up there as long as I possibly could until Prime gets it’s hands on it. Um, if Prime gets its hands on it, then it’s over with. Netflix is also in the running but it’s more likely it’s going to be on Prime for a couple of reasons. Um, mainly financial reasons. It’s probably going to be Prime.

(Phil reads chat comments.) JFK film was amazing. The end is shockingly cool. Yeah, it was a great film. I’m super proud of it. I am proud of Dave, and proud of his son. Proud of Keri. So much went into this. I literally, guys, I’m not just saying this. You can ask my film crew. Ah, I literally started crying twice in filming the documentary. It was very difficult for me; very difficult. I almost didn’t go to Dallas because I kinda knew how difficult it was going to be.

Ah, but I did. I made the film. I got through it. I had a lot of support there. Obviously, Keri, you know, helped a lot while I was there. And ah, the film crew did a great job. What else did I want to talk about? Oh, the Phapp. I’m super excited. Before the live, I sent out a push notification to my new app, the PG Patriot app, and it worked. It went out to all the owners of the app. We’ve had thousands of downloads of this already and it’s only now just becoming popular. I haven’t even talked about it on the livestream yet. I kinda just announced it on Telegram. We’re going to talk more about Telegram later on. Ahm, so yeah, download your Phil app…we call it the Phapp. I don’t know…it works. I think it’s pretty cool.

The reason why I did this is because so many people are getting scammed off of people who think it is me, buying into all of this garbage. I had an email the other day that I literally wanted to, like, just throw up everywhere. Listen to this. Someone that was pretending to be me got told that they won 95 million dollars. I don’t know even what it was through. I don’t know how they won it, but they won it and I said they won it.
So, you know it had a lot of assurance behind it. In order to get the 95 million dollars, they had to pay 35,000 dollars. Pretty terrible, right? But for 95 million, I think you’re going to do that too, right? Figure out a way to get the 35 grand.

So, upon getting 35,000 dollars, the 95 million dollar whatever it was, card or check or whatever, was sent to this couple and upon getting to customs, customs confiscated the check oor the payment.  In order to get it out of customs, they had to pay. I think it was 147,000 dollars because of fines and whatever. All this made up bulldh**. All this was all made up. There’s no money, nothing. But what was real, was the couple kept paying it. First they paid $35,000. Then they paid $147,000. Then, they were told, okay, customs will release it but they realized it was 95 million and they wanted 2 million. No word if they ever paid the 2 million.

But can you believe that there’s such sick people out there? I mean, it just…It just angers me so much. And what angers me is not this is just a scam because you guys all know those Saudi Arabian princes send you an email that your uncle died and he was a prince and he’s going to give you 350 billion dollars. Yeah, okay, well that’s obviously not real. But when somebody pretends to be ME and they’re conducting that it makes me sick. It literally, physically ill. Like I thought I was going to throw up. I actually thought that maybe they’re not telling the truth. But I think they were.

Um, I don’t do any of that. I, I, like, I sell films, and I sell apps. I sell gold and silver. I don’t even sell gold and silver. I sell memberships. I’m an affiliate marketer. I don’t take place in any of that stuff. I have a lot of affiliates, some of which you’re going hear of tonight. I just feel really bad guys. That is not. I don’t do any of that. I don’t do Bitcoins and I’m not into crypto currency. I’m not going to sell you any of that. Somebody lost, I remember about a year ago, probably, somebody lost $8,000 because they were told by me, according to them, that they were talking to on Telegram, that they needed to give ME, which wasn’t me, their password to their crypto account and 8,000 dollars got sucked out of their crypto account.

That’s why I created the app. I could’ve created the app 4 years ago, you know? The app is a kind of a secure place where you know if you’re going to either, you know, any of the links that are there, whether its Telegram or Locals; Locals, by the way, isn’t on the app yet. I didn’t realize that before we launched it, but we know of it now, so we’re going to talk about that. We’re going to fix that another time. But Locals will be on there too.
Right now, on the app, you will see the list of all my platforms. You’ll get push notifications if you opt in for push notifications; you’ll get them when I’m going live, if there is a major announcement. You will see a private posting board on there so you guys can talk to each other on the boards. Similar to Telegram I guess but not live. You gotta make a post. It’s kind of more like Twitter, actually.

Um, I just, I got sick of all those scams going on and I wanted to put everything in one place. If you are anywhere else and you’re clicking links, that purportedly belong to me, they’re not mine. Just go to the app. That’s the best I could tell you. Just go to the app to be assured that the companies that you’re dealing with and the people that you’re dealing with and the communication that you’re having, actually is something that belongs to me or me. So, please, I, I can’t imagine, you know somebody. ..I see like my parents or my grandparents giving away 200 and some thousand dollars for the chance at 95 million. Just hook, line, and sinker, you know?

*** How much is the app? The app is $17 for a year-one year is 17 bucks. Now, another reason why I wanted to talk, one of the topics that I wanted to talk about tonight is the ongoing, uncertainness of Telegram. As you guys know, um, I’ve been on Telegram for over 4 years now. A lot of people call me the king of Telegram. That’s what they say. I’m not saying I agree with that, I’m not saying I’m the king of Telegram. I’m saying other people say that Phil Godlewski, yeah, he’s the king of Telegram. You know, it’s a lot of people and they don’t know each other, they don’t talk to each other but they say it separately and a lot of people tell me, hey Phil, your king of Telegram. So, you know, I’m like….Anyway.

So, I have been on Telegram about 4 years and I’ve always been saying that Telegram is the safest place to go for us, to land, for us to communicate on. Obviously, I have channels for all of my different platforms and networks and companies and so forth on Telegram. What just happened recently, I talked about this in the car video that I posted on Telegram yesterday.

Um, the CEO and founder of Telegram was recently detained and arrested, in France and the premise is, without getting into too much details, the premise is that he and Telegram, I don’t know why he was arrested specifically but…we’ll talk about that later. Um, supposedly they weren’t censoring things that they were supposed to censor. That in itself makes me go, like, what are you supposed to censor? Isn’t that free speech? Like, who’s censoring what and why? On who’s order? You know, I could see like, terrorist planning of a bombing or something like that. I get that. Yeah, censor that sh**. But like something like the vaccine, you can’t talk bad about the vaccine, why? Why can’t we talk bad about the vaccine? Why would you have to censor someone talking about the vaccine? They want anti-vax groups shut down. Hmmm. You know?

So, anyway, we are going to keep our eyes on that situation, definitely with Telegram but the reason why I wanted to bring it up is because imagine a situation just for you right now, just for you, each of you individually, I am talking to each of you individually and not as a group. Imagine the situation right now where Telegram goes down. How do you know when I’m going to go live? How do you know where I am going to post? How do you know if I’m posting? What about all those other channels you follow on Telegram, not just mine, I’m sure?  How are you going to get in contact with them? How are you going to know what to do?

Imagine if that happened. Could it? It could. I don’t think it will but it could and if it was ever, if there was ever a chance that, that was going to happen, it’s right around now. I’m just, the launch of the app couldn’t come at a better time. Maybe it was coincidental, maybe it wasn’t. Um, I strongly advise everybody for 17 dollars a year, you know. I could have charged 17 dollars a month and it would have been worth it but 17 dollars for a one-time payment for 12 months. Now, that will auto renew, just so you guys know.

I’ve been getting a lot of communication from you guys about Locals. I must have, you must have, a group of you must just have subscribed to Locals about a year ago and you paid for 1 year cost and now it renewed. It automatically renews. If you didn’t change it in your settings, it’s going to renew. So, you just got recharged for the next 12 months so you can have access to it. There’s nothing that I can do about it. Now if you want that reoccurring payment to stop you have to log into your account and stop it. I cannot do that for you. I’m not legally allowed to do that for you.

So, get the app. We don’t know what the future of Telegram is going to be obviously with everything going on, make sure you get the app. And another place that I mentioned yesterday is a great landing spot to go to is Cue Streaming. We talk about, I launched Cue Streaming about a year ago, roughly, I think. Cue Streaming, Cue is like a television streaming service. You got thousands of different channels, thousands of different movies for far less than what you are paying right now for Netflix, Prime or Hulu or Roku, or any of that.

Fifty nine dollars and you get all of that. I think that’s a crazy good deal. And not only that, every time you refer Cue to somebody else, you get paid 6 dollars and that’s on a recurring basis, every month. So you can make a lot of money with Cue. Tons of money. And that’s another safe platform to be on in case…(Excuse me, I’m dribbling like a baby.) Um, it’s another safe place to be in case of, you know, the doomsday situation where our preferred platforms go down.

One thing I like about Locals and the app, as opposed to Cue, is they have their own live chats and they have their own posting boards. Cue doesn’t have that because it’s a TV service. You will still be able to get my livestreams on there, even with the internet that we know of now, um, if that were to go kerplunk, you’ll be okay. But the other platforms have your chat rooms, and your live chats and all of that stuff.

So, please do yourself a favor and do this now because you, I said it in my video yesterday in my video, you want a soft landing if something bad happens, as opposed to a hard landing, like, ah, I don’t know where to go. I don’t know where to go. (Phil uses his body to show confusion by flailing his arms and turning his body to and fro. I don’t know what’s going on.) By then it’s too late.

You know, like you’re, you’re eek. You were told and you didn’t do anything. I kept the price of the Phapp nice and low for you guys because I know 17 dollars a year is affordable for most, so that’s a good place to be for sure.

Alright, um, what else did I want to talk about before I get into the big one? Let me think…

*** Do you still believe Trump didn’t get shot? Absolutely. Absolutely no way. Did you guys hear what Trump…(Phil laughs.) I don’t want to keep bringing this up because I know you guys are temperamental when it comes to this stuff but I got news for you. The dude did not get shot.

I like Trump. Listen, I’m Trump all the way, 100% we need him. I know what’s going on behind the scenes and I’m not against Trump. But that was a fake assassination and that’s all there is to it. Did you hear what he said? He was asked about his ear. Because now he’s just going around in public with his ear…it’s like…just out there.

You know there’s no stitches, there’s no scar. There’s… so a reporter said, your ear looks good and he’s like, yeah, healed up nice. Now that was like, getting hit with a high-powered, high velocity bullet off of a high-powered rifle, that healed up quick. He’s like, yeah, I’m a fast healer. What? You’re a fast healer? And there’s no scar? In two weeks? (Phil smiles.)

The fast healer, that’s why there’s no scars. The scar healed up already. There’s nothing on his ear. If you look…So, they’ve been taking a lot of interviews and photos of Trump and if you have the ability to screenshot or still shot one of those videos or whatever, and zoom in, there’s nothing on his ear and he got hit with a bullet in his ear.

Time stamp: 44:50 Phil reading chat comments says, medbeds? Nah (and laughs). Listen guys, he got hit with a bullet and no one knew if there was 1 shooter, 2 shooters, 12 shooters or where the shooters were. They knew where 1 was but they didn’t know if there were other ones. After he got hit with it, he went down in a nice, calm little manner. Ah, no blood on his hand after he touched his ear but then photos of blood on his hand came up days later, but there was none when he first touched it. Anyway, he went down and came back up not knowing where any of the shooters were or if there were multiple shooters or anything. He got up and fight, fight, fight. There’s that donation thing again. (Donation box came up on screen and then quickly went off.)


It’s just not….And now it’s all healed up. So, yeah, no I fully believe that, that was a fake assassination and if you remember the Intel that I got just, I think a week or two before, that rally in Butler Pennsylvania, um, I said, are we going to see something visible soon? Like, I’m getting a little ticked and I know my audience is just way over this. Ah, and my Intel was BOOM. Kind of like a boom, like a rifle. BOOM. So, I see these questions over here. I will try to get to them later on.

Ah, yeah no, I totally believe that was faked. Why do I think it was faked? Any number of reasons…to boost Trump’s popularity, you know, more than it even is now. Which is hard to believe that you could actually do that. Do you know how many people rallied around Trump –he’s on shirts with that fight, fight, fight thing and Secret Service agents surrounding him? It’s like, you know, a thing now. It’s like a big deal.

I mean, try to assassinate the most popular president in the history of the United States and for that matter, arguably, the most popular president, ever…of anything. It’s a big deal, you know?

And you know another thing it does in the moment that we talked about the assassination and all that stuff that we talked about and that we’ve been talking about for the last several weeks since this happened, ah, we never, I don’t think I ever looked forward…how the assassination helped in the future. Obviously, you think well, the election, blah, blah, blah. Maybe, but I think a more reasonable conclusion to why there was a fake assassination attempt, would be to put focus on Trump.

Now that he was fake assassinated or if the public believes he was, it was legit. No matter what, everybody is looking at him. Even the other side is looking at him. What’s he going to say next? What’s he going to do next? All the spotlight goes to Trump; away from anything and everything else and it goes to Trump. Now, our educated minds would tell us well, if they are focusing their attention in one area, what are they doing in the other area we are not looking in, right?

A valid question. Did we miss something while we were looking at, you know, the Trump assassination? It’s possible. I don’t know that. If something happened, I have some guesses as what could have happened in those days and weeks that the media was constantly talking about his assassination and I have some guesses and they are good things for our movement, for the White Hats. I think a lot of cleanup was being done in that time, ah, and we really needed the media to be focused on something, something big.

I think it helped that and it also helped get the focus all on Trump. That spotlight is now on Trump waiting for him to do something. Look, we know the CIA is corrupt; they've been corrupt since the 1950s, probably even before that. We know all the stories about the FBI and everything that they've done-Crossfire hurricane, spying on Trump's campaign, demasking- all that stuff we know that, right? But what we don't realize, I think, at times, is that it takes a lot to get these awful people out of power. Look at what the WHO did with Covid.  Look at what the FDA did with the vaccines. All of the dishonesty and all the misinformation and the redirection that they put us through. These people would do anything, they'll do anything to remain in power and to take that type of person down, once and for all, it takes a monumental push, a monumental, offensive assault.

And that's what's been happening. They don't want you to be healthy, you know, I've talked about several instances on this show that they would rather treat you instead of heal you. Why? Because treating makes them a profit, right? So we can't trust the media. We know that; we can't trust the three letter agencies; we know that; we can't trust the WHO or the FDA, who are designed to protect us from, you know, any kind of disease or virus or at least have the protocols in place so we could mediate that type of thing.

We can't trust them. Definitely can't trust the Cabal because they're in it for the Cabal and screw humanity, right? So what do you do? Who do turn to? My answer is the only the only person or entity or group or anything, the only being that you could turn to in times like that, is God. And there's really, there's nobody else. I mean you can look you can say, well, Phil. I hang on your shows and I listen to your Intel and I need to hear it, it’s okay but you really got to have your faith not in me, but in God because even the people that are carrying out this operation that we are sitting through right now, they have their faith in God. I know I do. That’s why I always seem like collected and calm about everything because even though there's things I don't know, and I know more than most, because of my history and because of my connections and stuff, but even for the things that I don't know, I keep faith in God. It's really that simple and if you do that you're going to be okay, you're going to be okay.

I got intel yesterday that really made me excited and it really made me, I think it, although it excited me, I think it caused more questions for me than it did any sort of satisfaction with what the intel was. Anyway, let's talk about the main intel for tonight. So, just yesterday, it was weird because I was doing that car video yesterday that I posted on Telegram, talking about Telegram and you know the CEO getting detained and all that stuff and I mentioned the app and I mentioned all that. And right as I was doing that, communication was being sent to me from my source, the Big Source, the good source, the only source that you'll ever need, ever, if you're in my profession anyway.
So, it was an odd, hmm…how do I want to say this? The way that the intel was communicated to me, was different. We don't communicate that way. I'm not getting into the specifics about what we normally do versus what was done yesterday, but the way that it was communicated to me was different from our normal system. That's about as specific as I'm going to get with that. I hope you understand.

So that's what, that's what kind of struck me as weird, like the way that I received it and the timing of it, too. Like was in the middle of that… I don't know. Sometimes I just feel like they're watching me, you know? I wouldn’t doubt it. It wouldn’t surprise me at all. I don’t doubt that they are. So, anyway, that’s what struck me. Whatever. I wanted to preface what comes next with that.

We've talked a lot on this show and it's been spoken about at length with Patel Patriots Devolution and Derek Johnson's talked about it a bunch of times and everything else and that is the PRESIDENTIAL EMERGENCY ACTION DOCUMENT or PEAD. Presidential Emergency Action Documents.  It's the title of tonight's show. I'm not going to get into too…thank you 98cC. ECW was a, was a wrestling organization that competed with WWF and WCW. ECW is known for like hardcore stuff, like they use thumbtacks in the ring and what was the guy’s name with the cane? The Sandman, I think his name was. He hit people with a Singapore Cane and like, they just crushed each other with chairs and like, lead pipes and it was crazy. ECW was crazy ECW, oh, the guy with the head, what was his name. He was in a show I just watched. It was about bringing back up. Oh help me, what was his name. He was one of my, one of my favorite wrestlers. Hmmmm, mama. Paul? Paul, what was his name, the guy with the mannequin head? Mick Foley, yeah, Mick Foley was good too but the mannequin head Sandman. Yeah what else. Sheesh, Al Snow. Why was I saying Paul? What the he** Al Snow. Yeah, the Mannequin Head, the crowd would go nuts. They’re all going head, head, head. (Phil moves his arms to his head back and forth.) There’ll probably going to be memes coming out with me saying, head, anyway. I don't know where I was going with that. Why did I start talking about ECW last 2 minutes? The last 2 minutes of you life are dedicated to him and they’re lost, you‘ll never get those two minutes back. He was a legend, you're right. Anyway, ah…

So the Presidential Emergency Action Documents and we're just going to, gloss over what they are. I'm not getting in the specifics or dates or certain acts or the constitution or any of that stuff. These are basically a secret set of documents that Congress has no authority over, the Supreme Court has no authority over. They are literally only for the military and only certain people within the military, not like all of the military. So. Oh my son’s in the military, he never heard of that. No, it's not that kind of military, like the upper echelon of the military, the very trusted sources.

These documents are accessed by the military and by the President and the only person that could enact these emergency action documents is the President. Hence, PEAD, Presidential Emergency Action Documents. They've only been used a couple times in history.

In the history of the United States, they've only been used a couple times. They were designed for a situation where government within the United States is no longer able to function, okay?

So a doomsday situation, where you guys watched the show, Designated Survivor? Where they designate one member of Congress and they keep them away from the rest of Congress. If Congress is convening in case there's a massive eruption, kind of like there was in Designated Survivor. Kiefer Sutherland, Jack Bauer, you know, the old Jack Bauer guy from 24 and in Designated Survivor, that is exactly what happened. Kiefer  Sutherland is over, he's like the Department of Transportation or agriculture or something stupid and not that, if any of you guys are in those departments, not that they're stupid, it's just that, it's not like a big department.

So all of Congress blows up. They're all convening and there's bombs all in and everyone dies- the President dies, the Vice President dies, all of Congress dies. There are no survivors except one and that's Kiefer Sutherland. So, in a sense, the Presidential Emergency Action Documents were put together because of that situation. Is that likely to happen? No. Is it possible? Course it is. Course it is.

So these documents were put together in case there was some sort of discontinuity in our government, in case our government couldn't function how it's supposed to function and therefore, not be able to protect the citizens of the United States. So there's not many situations in history that they would have needed to be used in and if you think back to our history, even though our history is fake, you still have to, you know, put it in perspective.

If our history is fake, okay, well you know, would the documents would have been used for any of the fake stuff?  It doesn't matter; we're not going to talk about that tonight. But we are going to talk about is Trump enacting the PEAD, the Emergency Action Documents, back in January of 2021. In fact, I'll tell you exactly when it was enacted.
If you remember and you may not but if you don't, it's okay. I'm going to tell you about it now.

On New Year's Eve, Trump was on…Trump was with his family, he was outside the White House. I  can't remember where he went, not important for this story. Trump was outside of the White House and there was an attempt on Trump's life. See, this is another thing. This whole assassination that just happened in Butler, there have been multiple attempts on Trump's life in the past. One was in Las Vegas, another was New Year’s Eve.  They don’t make it in the news but yet the Butler one does.

That's how backward our system is. The fake one is front coverage, you know, everybody's covering it. The ones that didn't happen, no one cares, no one reports it. That's the world we live in. The real stuff, you can't see and the fake stuff you see everywhere. Sometimes my head wants to explode and my ears light on fire. Like how the hypocrisy and the backwardness of where we are is just crazy…crazy. But anyway, 2021, this is right after the 2020 election, okay? The fraudulent election for Joe Biden. If you remember what had happened throughout November of 2020, December of 2020, and January of 2021, leading up to the inauguration of Joe Biden, all of November and all of December were spent in courts. Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis were going around to all of these different legislatures-Maricopa County, they were in Pennsylvania. That's when Mastriano, from Pennsylvania ended up running for governor because he got so angry, angry at the presentation that was put together and he wanted to do something about it and he tried to parlay that into you know a gubernatorial position, whatever.

That's how the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 started, ended and started, In January, Trump and the military were starting to realize that number one, the election WAS stolen. The official count says Joe Biden won, okay? They didn't yet know what to do next. They didn't know if they should stop everything in its tracks.

They wanted to let the legal process play out. They wanted to see if the legislatures were going to take their power back in the election and say, you know what our votes are fraudulent, we can't let this happen. Mike Pence had a role in January 6th, as you guys know. But they weren't yet sure on New Year's Eve before Trump was almost killed, they weren't yet sure, which way this was going to go in January of 2021. They didn't know if Trump was coming back to office. I remember reporting that Trump's, there's no way that Biden is going to get inaugurated, 0% chance,  zero. That's what I did. I remember doing that really loud at my other house at Huckleberry before I moved here, and of course he was inaugurated. So I was reporting what I was being told at the time that I was being told it, but they didn't even know, what was, what way they were going to go. Before that assassination attempt on New Year's Eve of going into 2021, Trump was not leaving office. Wasn’t going to happen.

And that’s when it changed. And I didn't know that until yesterday. The attempt on Trump's life, the actual attempt on Trump's life…one of the actual attempts on Trump life, not the one in Butler. The one in Butler for all the reasons that I said before. It's if you don't see how obvious it was that that was set up and that was not real, then you're still asleep; unfortunately, you're still asleep and I'm not going to argue with you.

You could think what you want, you know.  I just, I, I know with a very well trained eye what I saw and I put the pieces together and I know that that was not real, okay? The one that was real, almost killed Trump and I was told not to talk about specifics of that, so I will not; I'll honor that. But when that happened, on New Years Eve 2021, that changed everything.

That is the moment that Trump…if you remember Trump was rushed out of his New Year's Eve regular vacation, whatever you want to call it. He's usually on vacation, I think, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, then he gets back to work. He was brought back. He immediately went…he was rushed to the White House, surrounded by military, and everyone was like, what's going on? They’re like, it's New Year resolution time. No one really, just kind of like glanced over that that all happened.

Then of course, we had January 6th, several days later. So everyone was, why was he pulled out of his vacation? What was so important? Because nothing was really ever announced as to why he was pulled out of there. So it was very, it was one of those things that kind of have lingered for a very long time, until now. At the moment that Trump, before Trump was assassinated…attempted to be assassinated on New Year’s Eve, Trump was, ah, going to still keep office in 2021. He was not going. Then they realized that maybe, just maybe, Trump is not as protected as they want him to be. And many conversations were had in that month of January about, you know, if they get him, because it was close; if they truly get him and truly kill him, what then? What happens then? Where are we? Who is the next person to come along and do what Trump is doing now?

If we leave him in office and create, essentially, a coup in the eyes of America, what will that do to Trump's safety? And if Trump's safety is actually compromised, which it already was. They had just stolen the election in November of 2020 and now they're on their way into the White House and they're still trying to kill Trump. That's how afraid of him they were. They knew that he was going to stay in office, that's why they tried to kill him. And that's when it all changed.

That night and the days following, the military and the White Hats got in a room. Flynn was there. Lin Wood was there; Ezra was there; Meadows, Sidney Powell. I believe Lindell many of the, of course, Scavino, Trump.

Many of the prominent White Hats that we that we've come to know all throughout the years and they said, listen, no matter what happened, no matter what happens from here, whether we stay in office or leave office, no matter what happens from here, we have to keep Donald Trump safe and it's becoming increasingly obvious that we're not fully able to do that. This is the second time Trump was attempted to be assassinated.

The first was in Las Vegas, with the whole Route 92 shooting thing, Mandalay Bay. That's another story for another day, I'm not going to get into that but the second attempt was this New Year's Eve of 2021 and they started to realize, boy, you know if he dies, we're screwed. Not only is like the administration screwed and like we're going to lose the White House to the Democrats, blah, blah, blah. Not just that, like humanity is in a lot of trouble.

So heads came together and they said, alright knowing what we know now and knowing what's set to happen on January 6th and knowing what's set to happen on January 20th which was the inauguration…or 21st…whatever it was. What other options do we have?

There was a General, I'm not going to mention him; there was a military, this guy saved all of us and I can only hope that he gets the credit for what he's done. It's just amazing how like humanity could sometimes come down to one decision, one person's decision, one human being's decision. Is that God at work, you know, working through that individual? Probably is. But it's amazing how these things unfold.

One of the military bigwigs stood up and said, well, there is another option. Instead of you keeping office and maintaining office, instead of you keep staying in office and us, you know, trying to protect you and simultaneously dealing with a potential civil war within the United States, because of that decision and us not being able to guarantee your safety and whatever, another option is the PRESIDENTIAL EMERGENCY ACTION DOCUMENTS.

There was talk about the Stafford Act, if you don't know what that is, I'm not going to spend the half an hour explaining it. Look it up. There was talk about the 14th Amendment. There was talk about continuity of government and how it applies through the Presidential Emergency Action Documents, and this group sat there and essentially in the next 48 to 72 hours after that rushing of Trump from his vacation into the White House, into the war room, into a very secure location under the White House, from what I understand.

It was decided that these documents would be put into effect and they would basically, and this is just to give you a little bit of a brief background, they basically suspend the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution is no longer in play and Trump, keep in mind Trump was still in office. January 6th hadn't happened yet; this is before January 6th. January 20th inauguration day hadn't happened yet. This group, based on the military general’s advice, based on suggestion, I guess, based on the option that he presented, this group decided right then and there that America was under attack, not the attack that you would think when you think of the word “attack”-bullets, bombs, airplanes, guns, armor, whatever. Not that kind type of attack, a different type of attack. Even worse type of attack. 

And Trump signed the Presidential Emergency Action Documents that suspended the Constitution of the United States. Anything that happened after that point with Biden's policies and the border and anything else that happened after that, was not real, in a sense. We've lived through the time. We were alive when the documents were happened. If you're listening to me right now, we're alive now. So time has passed, that's true. Time has passed but the things that we think happened, even though we felt some of them personally, they weren't justified; they weren't legal; they weren't actionable.

Everything has been suspended for going on 4 years now. We had a fake administration.

Now, shortly after the PEAD was signed into action, the continuity of government took effect, Trump and his administration, Trump is…I remember watching, I don't know if you guys do too. It's funny that we're bringing up the past and it's so connected to today. It's crazy. I don't know if you remember this, but when Secretary of State, Blinken, incoming Secretary of State Blinken, in the Biden Administration, was going to meet different countries for the first time, do their cups of coffee and you know photo ops and all that stuff. Simultaneously, wherever Blinken was, whatever country Blinken was in, Pompeo was there.

Why was Pompeo there? Pompeo was the outgoing Secretary of State. He** of a Secretary of State, by the way. The outgoing Secretary of State. Why is Pompeo in the same countries as the incoming Secretary of State Blinken? That makes no sense. Well, what happened was these countries and the leadership of these countries were being given a choice. Here's what, Blinken will go in and do his thing, Pompeo coming afterwards and be like listen, we know you…this is obviously paraphrasing, but I put it in Phil words.

We know you just met with this Blinken character, he thinks he's the Secretary of State. There's this other guy back in the States, his name's Biden. He thinks he's the president. Not only is he NOT the president but he's not even Biden. Now let me tell you something. You could choose to recognize them as the government in the United States, you can choose to recognize them as the government of the United States but let us tell you something. Here's what happened over the last few weeks, we signed these documents, BOOM, red folder. We suspended the Constitution in the United States because our election was stolen. Now, you have a choice to make. You could recognize Blinken and his sh** show as the powers and the representatives of the United States of America or you could recognize us. Decide now.

So, they'd sift through the red folder and they’d see and they look at the evidence of election fraud and all that stuff and there's not a country, not a single one that did not side with Trump and Pompeo and the rest. Every single one of them sided with us. The whole world, as far as the world government. None of them has ever recognized Joe Biden as President. That’s when, why you see, when Biden’s out at these events, like the summit and when he’s in other countries, it looks CGI, doesn’t it? I mean, you guys you have to admit even if you're not a conspiracy theorist and you think that everything that I say is bullshit, when you see Biden overseas with foreign leadership, it doesn't look like, it doesn't look like he's actually there it; looks like, freaking weird.

That's because it was weird. That's because that didn't happen. So, what the White Hats decided that week, was that, as strong as we think we are as the White Hats, it's when the White Hats probably were born that very day, the modern version of them anyway. As strong as we think we are, we may not have the capability to do what we want to do. We may have just underestimated how powerful we think we are and how powerful, they are, meaning the Cabal.

So a plan was set into motion to extract this evilness; however long it may take-months, years, whatever and we're not going to know exactly what that time frame is until we get to that point. Remember, I always said it wasn't time-based, it was event based? You don't know what the timing is going to be, the overall timing is going to be until events…certain events unfold. Fast forward, August 26, 2024, here we sit and I think to everyone's surprise and everyone's dismay, it's still not freaking over, right? Right? Is it getting, it's getting close to over now? Are we closer, close are we there or where are we?

So after that was explained to me yesterday, about how the whole PEAD actually got signed, why it got signed, the circumstances of how it got signed, what it meant, it was then told to me, this is a brief conversation, I'm explaining it long-winded so you guys could understand it and I'm giving, you know, flashbacks of things that occurred so you could try to remember it, but the last…this conversation that I had was all under, I don’t know, 3 to 5 minutes long, that's how we, it's very quick  cover, like we're to the point. We're not like hey, how are you? How's your wife, you know? Like we don't. No. So, he will speak; I will listen. And we end it quickly.

The last piece of information that I was told to watch for, this is going to excite you. The last piece of information that I was told to watch for, is the public mentioning of the Presidential Emergency Action Documents and Continuity of Government and how it has taken place over the last 4 years. So I quickly questioned that one. I said, what do you mean, like publicly, what does that mean? Like is Trump going to come out, be like here is the red folder and he kind of chuckled when I mentioned red folder. He said, you've seen that red folder recently, haven't you? I said, we sure did.

If you remember not too long ago Trump met with the group of senators, Republican senators or Congressman or whatever they were. Representatives and the folder was next to the podium. Like they're taunting the folder. They're kind of bringing it back to everybody's attention, bringing it more into focus before they, you know, say what they need to say. I said, yeah. I said we have. Correct? But that doesn't answer my question, what does publicly mean? He said just as public as that and more so.
So what we've seen so far as hints, little drops, those little blurbs, red folder, the red folder. Trump is going to be talking about this soon. He's going to be talking about the suspending of the Constitution, the Continuity of Government; he's going to be talking about the Presidential Emergency Action Documents. In what way? Is he going to come out and announce it? I didn't get that impression but I got the impression that he is going to start bringing it up. Now, if you go back to what I said before about this assassination, the fake one in Butler, Trump becomes the most popular guy on the planet after that.

Probably already was the most popular guy, maybe not, maybe close but whatever. After the assassination attempt and the fight, fight, fight, he was da** well right to the top, okay? Now, all the focus because of that comes on to Trump and now suddenly he's going to talk about the PEAD. Well now the fake assassination makes a little bit more sense doesn't it?

You see how everything is coming into focus? You see how everything is lining up? I see how it's lining up. One more thing that we talked about and it was quick and it was based off of a question that I asked; I basically said, how is this going to affect the economy and what I meant by that is, the stock market. Will there be panic? Will there be, you know, problems and the answer is yes.

The answer was the stock market, upon this type of information coming out, the stock market's going to be full-fledged panic, which I totally, totally. I mean somebody that didn't have any knowledge of any of this at all, if I told you that the former President of the United States was going to come out and start talking about how the Constitution of the United States should have or was suspended after the, you know, stolen election of 2020, I would, a common person would tell you with any sort of knowledge of the stock market whatsoever, that that is going to set people into a panic.

Big time investors are going to pull everything and the common investor, the common person like you or I, that has some money in there, not billions or you know hundreds of millions of dollars, those are the people that really get whooped.

So I guess, to put a little bow on this for tonight, the big intel that I have is that, the PEAD was activated in early January and that was the first time that the White Hats knew that they weren't going to maintain the White House and they were going to do things a different way. That plan has been successfully rolled out; almost everything has gone according to how they wanted it to. The only one thing that didn't go according to you know, how they wanted it was the time. It took, obviously, a lot longer than anyone wanted, us  or even them.

We talked about why the PEAD got activated, how it got activated, what the PEAD is and now we're hearing that there's going to be more mention and talking about the PEAD publicly, by Donald Trump and others. Not just Trump, by the way, others and that talk is going to be what starts the implosion and the permanent take down of the current financial system-that's the Federal Reserve, the IRS, the Treasury replacing those entities, a reason to pull out the gold-backed security, the silver/precious metals backed currency, BRICS, you know how does BRICS fit into all that. We know that Trump, many months ago, actually put the United States into BRICS. Is BRICS Nesara? Is BRICS Gesara?

I think a lot, a lot is about to go down. Now, I wasn't given an exact time frame. This wasn't like, something or you said, oh let’s expect that by Friday? No, it doesn't work that way.

Let me say this, (Phil laughs) If you don't know those answers yet and you haven't connected the dots, that's okay because those dots are going to be connected for you-soon.  Anyway that revelation in that conversation that's going to start after the PEAD is starting to be discussed publicly, is really going to hurt the markets and the dollar.

For the last time, I would encourage all of you to get your wealth out of that market any way that you can. Any way that you can. If you can't because it's protected, because of some rule says that you can't take it out because you still work for your employer, whatever the freaking legal rules are, don't worry about it, you're going to be, you'll get it back. You can't get it out, so you'll be okay but if you can get it out, do it. You want to roll it over to precious metals and makes the most. Thanks again for the sanity, Phil. You’re welcome. I'm not trying to give you sanity, I'm just trying to give you factual things, you know, whether you take them the right way or take them a good way or the bad way, you know. It is what it is. I'm just reporting when I know that's all.

Okay, here we are. We're live finally. Sorry about that. I had to change, I felt really hot for some reason. I don’t know why it’s so hot in this room. It’s usually not hot, but here we are. We’re here. Look at us. We’re live, finally. Feels good to be back, obviously. It's not the first time I've said that in the last couple weeks, unfortunately, but nonetheless, we are here. Anyway, so we’re back. We got some stuff to talk about tonight. Two things to talk about tonight, actually. Both of them kind of jive with each other, focused around NEW MONEY.  I want to make a comment about what happened over the last week with one of my legal cases and just, to let, literally 3 minutes and I'll be over as I know a lot of you guys don't like me talking about this. Truthfully I don't like to talk about it either.

Um, about two weeks ago, the Scranton Times, that’s the newspaper and the media company that I’m suing because they wrote a defamatory article about me. The Scranton Times and their attorneys asked for the case to be dismissed because they had a whole bunch of reasons, whatever. And usually, now, that's called summary judgment dismissal. Meaning before we even get to a jury, I present my evidence, they present their defense, whatever. The judge just tosses it. So I kind of expected it to be tossed out of court on the summary judgment because the, the judge is a very left-leaning Democrat and he does not like me.

So, when I saw he was assigned to the case, I didn't want to jinx it and say, hey you know, this judge is here and he's going to toss the case but I kind of needed to get out of Lackawanna County. Lackawanna County, where I sued the Scranton Times, they're not my friend. They haven't been for many, many years and I needed to get out of there, so I had to go through with this process. I had to go through with the discovery and the depositions and all that stuff and then let the Times file their summary judgment motion. It was granted by the judge.

So currently, my case is out; dismissed. I no longer have a case against the Times; however, you could appeal, right? You guys know, with all Trump's cases, you can see them all. Trump loses, oh he appeals. Oh he loses. Oh he appeals. Oh he wins. Guess what? He wins. So, it's not over by a long shot. Let me tell you a couple things.

When those arguments for summary judgment, for dismissal happened about 2 weeks ago, we just got the, the news the other day, but when they happen a couple weeks ago, about two days before that, I talked to Keri and I said, you know what if we get dismissed because there's no malice and the journalist, Chris Kelly, you know, was allowed to say that things he said because I'm a public figure, not because that they were true, but because I'm a public figure and because I'm a public figure, he would have had to do it with malice, meaning intention. He knew that the thing he was writing was false and he wrote it anyway, that's called malice. When you're a public figure, if you sue somebody, you have to show that what they did, their acts, whatever, their act was, in this case an article against me, with malice.

 I talked to Keri a couple days before the arguments for summary judgment. So you know what if they rule against me in summary judgment and they say there's no malice, I'm done. I’m not going to appeal it.Let’s just move on. You know? Um, and here’s why I said that.

When I filed this lawsuit in 2021, I was not in good shape. My wife had just left. My past was thrown back up in my face and twisted to make it seem like it was way worse than what actually happened. Financially I had nowhere to go. I lost my job because of the article. I was a long time real estate broker in the area and I didn't know what to do. So, I asked you guys for help, so I could file the lawsuit. I did that.

Fast forward, some three plus years later, I'm not in that position anymore. If he had written that article today, I just would have laughed it off, you know? I thought that article was the end of me.  I really did at the time.

I don't think that anymore. A lot of things have changed. I am financially killing it. I got my family back and another family. I really don't want the hassle anymore and that's what I said to Keri two days before the argument for summary judgment. However, this judge that dismissed the case, because of his hatred for me, you should read what he wrote. I mean it's so bad. He didn't just dismiss the case because there was no malice. He misinterpreted the law, the charge that I pled to. He completely misinterpreted it and that was his basis for throwing out the charges, for throwing up the lawsuit.  I'm not going to let that go. I was about to walk away from this, if he had just said, no malice but now he gave me a wide open window to not only say, hold on a minute, you didn't say there was no malice, so you're actually kind of saying that there was malice but the journalist was allowed to say what he said because it was true. That's what the judge said. Chris Kelly, the journalist for Scranton Times, said that he was allowed to say what he said because it's true. So, all I have to do now on appeal is prove that the judge was wrong in that determination.

I, in the last few days, since the summary judgment is granted, have talked to three world-renowned criminal defense attorneys that are going to testify at my appeal that what the judge said is not proper. So what happens then?

Assuming I win the appeal, it goes right to trial, right back to Lackawanna County and we get a jury and we go to trial. So, I was about to walk away from this because I don't need the headache anymore. I don't need the money anymore. Look, here's the bottom line. There is nothing that anyone could say about me that bothers me anymore. I've come a long way in 3 years. I thought I was thick skinned before this, like its like quadrupled exponentially perhaps and no matter what anyone says, it doesn't affect me. Like it doesn't affect me.

It doesn't affect my audience, we have 27 million people watching. I just told everybody my case got throw out of court and the judge called me a liar. (Phil says this while laughing.)
He went out of his way in that statement to make it well known that our movement, if you follow Q or if you believe in Q or if you believe, you know, Joe Biden is a fraud or if you believe that Hillary Clinton is a dirtbag or if you believe Obama, you know, is all these things, he made it very apparent in that motion to dismiss that I am a psychopath and because I believe all of those things, I am a bad person. That's what he said.  I'm not like paraphrasing. He said that in a certain amount of words. So that just like got me all amped up, you know what I mean? You know. I, I can’t let it go at that and I’m not going to let it go. Um, I was willing to walk away from the, from the money that I spent so far, which is probably around a half a million dollars on legal. I was willing to walk away from that and just move on, stop talking about it, and just forget it. But not after he wrote all that, not after the judge wrote all that. He misinterpreted the laws so bad when it came to my one misdemeanor charge. He’s so wrong about what he said and just like, it’s bizarre. Because he's a judge, you think he would know the law and he just he didn’t.

Ironically, one more thing and then we'll move on. Tim Hinton, which is the attorney for the Scranton Times, the defense attorney for the Scranton Times, he was a guy that was asking me all those questions at depositions. You guys saw the videos. Tim Hinton's daughter just graduated from law school and she's going to be a law clerk in a judge's office. She starts in a couple weeks, actually, in mid September. Do you know who she's clerking for? I, listen…you can't make this stuff up.

We had to ask for the hearing to be moved up so that she wasn't in Judge Nealon’s office yet.

The defense attorney for the Scranton Times’ daughter is clerking for the judge that threw my case out. Now, I know how Trump feels. That’s…this is exactly the crap that was happening to him and you see, that he just keeps appeal, appeal, appeal, appeal. And that's what we're going to do. So we're going to appeal it out, appeal out the decision of the judge Terrence Nelands decision to dismiss my case, that we're working on that right now. We're just getting the experts lined up and everything for the appeal. So that case is not over. Many people, I think, on the Internet is going to make you think that it's over; it's not and we're going to fight. We're going to fight.

Lackawanna County has a history of corruption. The mayor of Scranton is in jail currently, past Lackawanna County Commissioners, there were two Lackawanna County Commissioners-Robert Cordero and AJ Munchak, who's now deceased actually- AJ was my little league coach, believe it or not. He's a good guy. I'm surprised he did what he did. I still don't know if he did actually, but he got found guilty. But I don't think it's true. Cordero, different story. AJ Munchak, I think they just needed another guy, you know? But anyway, Lackawanna County is so corrupt and has been corrupt for so long and they're all in bed with each other, you know? The former owners of the Times, Tim Hinton, you know, judge Nealand. It's just, it's a, it's a joke. It's an absolute joke when it comes to the court system.

So we're going to take a completely out of their hands, we're going to go to the Superior Court, which I believe is the Middle District, before it goes to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and we're going to appeal and we're going to win. So I'll keep you posted on that. Sorry I took so much time explaining it but I wanted you guys to hear it from my lips instead of hearing it from all of the other internet lawyers that are out there that know what is going on. So yeah, I don’t mind spending a little bit more money to right the wrong, so to speak, that has been done here and hey, if I lose because there was no malice, okay?  You know. It's a loss; I lose so what? We move on, we never talk about it again but I think holding them responsible for what they've done, is super important.

I don't think journalists should be given a pass for these things, when they do this to people, especially this journalist. He’s done it to several people in the past and tries to ruin their careers, basically. And we're going to get them. We’re going to get them. We're not giving up here. Just like, Trump doesn't give up. Fight, fight, fight. Remember the last assassination? Fight, fight, fight. So yeah, we're going to go.

You guys ever want to know anything about any of that, I'm an open book when it comes to it. I think you know, 4 years ago, three and a half, 4 years ago, when I started doing live streaming, one of the first things I told you was completely about everything in my past. I've been honest about it ever since. I've never changed my story at all. That's because my story is the truth and we're going to get to a lot more things in my trial, once we get there, that no one's heard yet. We've just been saving them for a jury. We didn’t want to put everything out there, you know, in discovery. I got so many people willing to testify. It’s going to be a bloodbath once we get to trial.
But I need to get in front of a jury, you know? And I will.

So ignore the noise they have going on about all that stuff. That stuff is in my personal life. You know, I like in talking about my lawsuits whether it's against Alvear, that one's still ongoing, by the way, but whether against, whether it's against Brie, whether it's against the Scranton Times, I liken that to talking about my sex life. Do you guys really want to hear about that? Well, maybe some of you do. But I don't, you know.
