1. You're no longer able to receive update, Due to SSL issue, Your "Windows update" thing is no longer able to connect to Microsoft server to receive update.
2. From easy to almost complicated, Knowing that 60% of websites is using Let's encrypt (Which use DST Root CA X3), Browser like Chrome suffer from ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error due to expiration of DST Root CA X3. The only way to solve this is by Manually installing a root cert
3. Windows 7 is already End of Life. Which means no security updates. An automated Root update is required.

This is definitely something you need to fix yourself. No wonder that all of these complicate challenges is completely worth-to-fix.
