Will split Toard into two variant

One, that we have right now, I will call it as lite as we do not need sql server to work.

And for the second variant, We will call it as "main" as we will use postgres.

By the way, both variant will have custom topic feature (Like /txt/, /offtopic/, /tech/, etc). But there are no plans when will this available.

I will do that for lite edition first.

The custom topic is not a easy idea. So maybe need to recreate the entire backend.
