When you use "Quality Selection" in ytmous, ytmous actually uses the highest opus format that YouTube return by default.

But i think we are lucky this time.

Because the fact is, Even most videos are still uploaded in mp4 in highest aac bitrate, The aac audio is still, In fact, Transcoded and downsampled.

So opus codec is still a good format for YouTube.

However, No matter what you use, m4a or opus. You could not really tell the difference (even sound professional)
