Comparing this to the previous bandwidth-hero-proxy that is written in nodejs, This processes image quite quicker.

If i do the same test, The nodejs version hangs in the middle with maximum CPU usage and then continues.

Switched from bimg to govips.
Now it's more efficient, and way faster.

Memulai ulang bot untuk menerapkan perbaikan terhadap pengiriman pesan peringatan.

Selain dari itu, Bot juga akan mulai mengirim foto peta yang terdampak dalam peristiwa tsunami (jika ada).

Proses ini hanya akan memakan waktu beberapa detik.
