@WRS_BMKG memory usage after rewrite to golang: Only 9 MB!

After rewriting the @WRS_BMKG bot code, It's now receiving more and more earthquake information.

Comparing this to the previous bandwidth-hero-proxy that is written in nodejs, This processes image quite quicker.

If i do the same test, The nodejs version hangs in the middle with maximum CPU usage and then continues.

Switched from bimg to govips.
Now it's more efficient, and way faster.
