Even though today is Ethiopian Christmas, it hasnโt been easy. At university weโre still in the middle of final exams, and on top of that Iโve been fighting the flu ๐ท... hard, energy-draining, and it kept me sleeping almost the whole day.
Still, even in the middle of exhaustion and challenges, Iโm reminded that blessings are never to be taken for granted. Health, family, the chance to learn, and even the ability to think and execute our plans, all of these are gifts of Godโs mercy.
So today, I choose gratitude ๐.
Merry Christmas to all families out there, may your holidays be filled with love, strength, and blessings. ๐โค๏ธ

Update:๐ Iโm building a simple notes app using Flutter + FastAPI as a way to strengthen my skills. Along the way, Iโm diving deeper into backend systems to understand how they work in detail.
so far, today has been incredibly productive! I tackled a problem on LeetCode with @YosephWon ......back then I believe in the importance of shipping products and finishing projects even if it's so important, the key is solving problems and applying systems thinking. As software professionals, understanding the basics of everything truly matters.
Iโve been working on my simple full-stack notes mobile app, and itโs been a great experience filled with valuable lessons, which Iโll share soon. I also spent two hours debugging due to a placing .env file at wrong location๐
Additionally, I was evaluating instructors to register for the upcoming semester (its kind of prerequisite )๐ just noticed that the break has ended. Itโs been a great experience working on big projects and spending the day with such great people.
Overall, itโs been a cool day. Thank God for this experience! ๐
