This whole xUSD fiasco is a pretty bad look for DeFi.
- Offchains deals that give debt seniority to selected lenders.
- Recursive minting to inflat TVL metrics
- Curators that are supposed to manage risk on lending market vaults overlooking the risk and allocating to xUSD markets
- Money Markets hardcoding xUSD to $1 has prevented mass liquidations but theres still a large hole to be plugged
