After spending time on Prompt engineering, I'm on how to parse AI output into structured Data.

Why do you think LLMS(Prompt engineering) are essential to Agentic AI?

I'm exploring how to parse and structure the LLM output so that we can use it for database, api when working on Agents, AI assistants. There are 2 methods
1- Prompt based parsing
2- Model native approach, which is a more guaranteed one

I attached the model native approach implementation using langchain and pydanic
