UX has become a differentiator in modern software. Functionality alone won’t cut it anymore.
Startups are turning into multi-million-dollar successes by delivering well-thought-out product design and performance reducing friction to accomplish a task.
That’s what keeps customers.
Linear, Ramp, Superhuman, Brex, Revolut, Wise, and Arc Browser are a few of them.

if apple couldn't step up their Al game immensely on the next WWDC. they'll officially be dead.
the iPhone will become a product that everyone wants to get rid of but they couldn't because apple device has the a world class hardware-to-software integration.
by the time a company shows up with such integration, design and build quality; it won't be long ppl start switching to them. they just have to build a brand status(which i understand is harder).
imagine, rolling out the same product for years just changing corner radius of the body or adding a useless button that nobody asked for, or ruining a beautiful interface for something horrible and untasted glassy shit.
as much as I love apple, this is disappointing.
