Day 3 of Building Confy
Day 4 of building Confy
I asked people on Reddit and Discord what they think about improving social skills through structured challenges.
Most said life isn’t predictable enough for that.
“You don’t just plan to talk to a stranger on a random Friday.”
That changed how I see the idea.
Now I’m rethinking the direction and I’ve got some cool ideas coming 🔥

I started coding at 13 because I needed money to help my family. That was the whole reason.
No CS degree. No team. No funding. Just me in Addis Ababa, building things and hoping they’d work.
My cofounder Alazar Solomon and I shipped 7 products. Got into Founders Inc in San Francisco.
But every single product taught me the same thing:
The ops layer will kill you before your idea ever gets the chance to.
We were spending 60 hours a week on outreach, invoices, content, finance, customer support — things that had nothing to do with why we started building in the first place.
And I kept meeting other founders with the same problem. Especially AI founders.
Building fully automated products for their customers. Running their own companies completely manually.
That irony broke my brain.
So we built RAVN.
An AI-native OS for AI-native companies. Every function of your business runs autonomously. You approve the 4 decisions a day that actually need a human.
My cofounder Alazar Solomon and I built this because I needed it. Because my dad needed me to need it.
If you’re building an AI-native company in 2026, this was made for you.
RAVN

You set the goal. A swarm of agents executes everything. You approve. The business runs.

I’ve been thinking about how much our network affects our life decisions. I met a friend on campus around 4 years ago, and somehow that connection influenced where I live today. His brother has been living around Saris for a few years, and through them I ended up renting a place there too. What’s crazy is that someone I didn’t even know existed made a decision 3 years ago that ended up affecting my decisions today.🤯 I only met the guy a week ago. If I had never met my friend back then, I probably would’ve rented somewhere completely different. Different environment, different routine, different people around me... all because of one connection. A lot of the decisions we think are “fully ours” are actually shaped by the people we meet, the places they introduce us to, and the options they make visible to us.
Your network doesn’t just bring opportunities. It quietly shapes your path. So pick your network wisely.
Have a good day✌️

We are at 120+ respondents. Thank you, really. It would be great to reach the 200 goal. If you haven't yet please fill, share etc. And of course, anonymous, open-source and generally a good thing. Here's a breakdown of the preliminary demo data.

Was working on something kind of like on the side
Don't look at the UI not proud of that just the idea of it 😁
So the idea is
It's an sdk you can download as a developer and let people use your app like fully with voice like entirely
Whatever type of website you have you can implement voice control feature in it now
Sort of like Alexa for any web you know
Will share how you can use this in your own app latter
