We’d like to inform you that XCloud credit prices have recently changed. We understand some of you feel this update is expensive, but let us explain the reasons and the value behind it.

✨ Why the Change?
Over the past months, XCloud has been significantly upgraded:
Many new features and integrations have been added.
- Resellers now have flexible activation options: 1, 3, 6, 12 months or even LIFETIME.
- Credits are used more efficiently:
- When a device is activated (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and later deactivated, you don’t lose another credit when reactivating it. You will be able to fill the remaining time for FREE.
- Even if a yearly activation was used for a shorter time, you can reactivate the same device later without spending an additional credit.
✅ This brings huge advantages for resellers and protects your investments.

⚖️ Our Main Goal
We want to keep XCloud’s pricing stable and competitive in the market. Unfortunately, there are providers who try to undercut the market with cheap but low-quality services. Our responsibility is to protect the value of a high-quality product and ensure resellers and users get the best long-term experience.

📢 Important Notice Regarding the Latest Samsung TV Update:

Dear XCloud Community,

Samsung has recently rolled out a new system update for their Smart TVs. After this update, some apps — including ours — may face unexpected issues such as:

✔️Black screen
✔️Freezing or unresponsive interface
✔️Channels not loading
✔️Playback not starting
✔️“App is not compatible” notification

These issues started only after Samsung’s newest firmware update and did not exist before.

✅ What We Are Doing:

Our development team is already preparing a compatibility patch to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
We are also in direct communication with Samsung to ensure the issue is addressed in their upcoming system update.

⚠️ Temporary Advice:

If your app was working normally before and suddenly stopped after updating your TV, please note:
➡️ This is caused by Samsung’s firmware update, not a problem with your device or XCloud service.
