📢 New in XCloud – Activate Devices Without a Playlist! 🚀

Previously, to add or activate a device, you had to provide a playlist or DNS server credentials with a username and password.
Now, we’ve introduced a new feature that lets you activate a device without providing a playlist.

💡 How It Works:

When adding or activating a device in the panel, you’ll now see a new field: "The device uses its own playlist".
When enabled, the device will open a menu page where you can:
Enter playlist details manually
Or scan a QR code that takes you to a webpage for faster playlist entry
This option is designed for cases where the device decides which playlist it wants to use.

⚠️ Note: In this mode, playlists are not synchronized.

✨ New Functionalities
1️⃣ Flexible Activation Options
- Now you can activate devices for 1 | 3 | 6 | 12 months or choose Lifetime activation directly from the Provider Panel.

2️⃣ Sports Widget + Recently Added Content
- On Smart TV menu pages, users can now see a Sports widget and Recently Added content.
- Providers can control this feature via PMS → Settings → Device Config → Show Sport widget.

3️⃣ Reactivation of Deactivated Devices
- Devices can now be reactivated more easily:
a) Without using credits – if the device had been activated and deactivated during its time period.
b) For the selected new period + any unused time – if the device had been activated before and then deactivated.

We’d like to inform you that XCloud credit prices have recently changed. We understand some of you feel this update is expensive, but let us explain the reasons and the value behind it.

✨ Why the Change?
Over the past months, XCloud has been significantly upgraded:
Many new features and integrations have been added.
- Resellers now have flexible activation options: 1, 3, 6, 12 months or even LIFETIME.
- Credits are used more efficiently:
- When a device is activated (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and later deactivated, you don’t lose another credit when reactivating it. You will be able to fill the remaining time for FREE.
- Even if a yearly activation was used for a shorter time, you can reactivate the same device later without spending an additional credit.
✅ This brings huge advantages for resellers and protects your investments.

⚖️ Our Main Goal
We want to keep XCloud’s pricing stable and competitive in the market. Unfortunately, there are providers who try to undercut the market with cheap but low-quality services. Our responsibility is to protect the value of a high-quality product and ensure resellers and users get the best long-term experience.
