Tutorial on how to clear user database on heroku.
Do note that this will clear all your filters, approved pms, snips and welcomes.

Step1: Go to heroku.com
Step2: Login
Step3: Go to your app
Step4: Enable Desktop View
Step5: Go to Resources
Step6: Under Add-ons, you'll find "Heroku Postgres". Click on it
Step7: Make sure you are breathing, it's healthy.
Step8: You'll reach the DATA page. Enable Desktop View
Step9: Select the postgresql associated with your app.
Step10: Go to settings
Step11: Click on "Reset Database". Done.

I've rewritten the PmPermit plugin. You can add it to your own bot as well using the updater.
You now have the ability to flex on your friends as the pmpermit has some pre defined questions and responses.
This is an X-Tra-Telegram exclusive for now.

No need to add anything. Just update your bot and it'll start working.

NOTE: This won't work for people you've approved to DM you already. If you want to show the new pmpermit to the people you've already approved, you need to clear your database.

Fix: Fixed the time plugin. Update to see effects. Changed default country to India. Add vars-

Hey. Fixed and completed pmpermit. Separated the chatbot and the usual pm permit. Auto pm ban is back and working again. Use the updater to update. Report bugs/gib suggestions @Anubis_InpuBot
