Внезапно кто-то решил вспомнить о серии игОр "Golden Axe" и запустить мультсериал по мотивам. Кто-то ругает за так называемую соевость, а кто-то за "превращение сурового beat 'em up в Рик и Морти меча и магии»". А лично мне очень близок комедийный дух Мела Брукса с примесью кровавой поножовщины, плюс тут очень даже крутые отсылки на первоисточник имеются. Сезон устроен по такой схеме, что каждый эпизод это новый уровень, где в финале происходит схватка с боссом, прямо как в игре. Рисовка тоже подходящая, местами ретрофентези напомнило. Посмотрел два раза.

Выпуск 19 Golden Axe для SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis
Обложки по порядку: Европа, Америка, Япония.
Удивительно, но в японском регионе не аниме, чудеса. Мне понравились японская и европеская обложки. Они демонстрируют всех персонажей крупно и дракона тоже.
Игра вышла на огромном количестве платформ и амига, и дос, на всяких диких компьютерах. Может в будущем подберу обложки и сравню их между платформами.

In April 1979, Heavy Metal magazine dedicated eight pages to Alien, more than a month before the film premiered in the U.S.
The article offered an early behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film, featuring production artwork, photographs, and designs by Ron Cobb, Chris Foss, H.R. Giger, and Moebius.
It covered the development of the Nostromo, originally conceived as Leviathan, the Narcissus, the abandoned alien spacecraft, the environments of LV-426, the crew’s spacesuits, and the industrial aesthetic of the film.
The article also explained Ridley Scott’s approach to the crew’s appearance: they were designed more like space truckers and industrial workers than traditional futuristic astronauts. Practical details such as their clothing, sneakers, and Parker’s Hawaiian shirts were part of that philosophy.
It even revealed plot details before the movie’s release, including the mysterious transmission, the abandoned spacecraft, the Space Jockey, and the fact that the signal was actually a warning rather than a distress call.
The issue also announced The Book of Alien, which would later expand this material into a much larger collection of production artwork, photographs, and behind-the-scenes information.
Definitely an extraordinary snapshot of the film and a remarkable piece of archival material for Alien fans.
