25% of the initial sales, as well as 25% of the Royalties will be distributed among the NFT holders in accordance with the NFT tier. The value of NFT:

What are karats and how does value work?
Let's assume that 10,000 XRP (initial sales plus royalties) were received from NFTs in a week. In doing so, we have:
1 holder from Tier 5, 4 holders from Tier 4, 12 holders from Tier 3, 21 holders from Tier 2 and 100 holders from Tier 1
30 + 60 + 96 + 84 + 100 = 370 total points.
25% of 10000 XRP = 2500
2500/370 = 6.75 XRP will get NFT holders for each point.
That is:
Tier 1 holder gets 6.75 XRP
Tier 2 holder gets 27 XRP
Tier 3 holder gets 54 XRP
