I’d say the above poll of almost 6 million is a bit more believable than the usual several hundred to a thousand from the typical polls showing a 50-50 head-to-head. Wouldn’t you?

In the 4 1/2 years of its existence, #FightBack Foundation has never received a thin dime in donations from any alleged paytriot group or “honorees” or principal members of any such group.

#FightBack operates on a “shoestring” budget month to month. If monthly expenses exceed revenue, I pay the difference myself as a donation to #FightBack.

#FightBack has significantly reduced by 75% its payments for security due to the ever increasing need for funds to defend lawsuits.

#Fightback has survived financially so far because of the donations received from individual REAL Patriots.

Historically, monthly expenditures have averaged $65K to $75K. With recent reductions in security and increasing legal costs, monthly expenses will hopefully average $35K to $45K going forward.

No member of the #FightBack board receives a dime for their service. #FightBack does have to pay third parties for legal services, tax return preparation services, and accounting services.

#FightBack’s tax returns are current and #FightBack’s yearly independent audits are current.

#FightBack does not charge for attendance at its rallies and fundraisers.

The Inn At Cotton Hall does not charge #FightBack when used for its rallies or fundraisers.

#FightBack’s efforts are entirely consistent with its declared mission and have been approved by the board which over the years has been made up of a variety of different members who have approved its expenditures as documented to auditors.

#FightBack is not about me. #FightBack is about you and fighting back to defend our Constitution and the Bill of Rights. #FightBack does not bestow “honors” on individuals. #FightBack honors We the People.

January 26, 2020.

I was in my hotel room in Austin, Texas that morning packing to return to Atlanta after attending my grandson Nash’s 1st Birthday Party the day before.

That is the morning that I received a phone call from President Trump’s office informing me that the President wanted to meet with me in the Oval Office, the date to be determined later.

The meeting was later scheduled for March 11, 2020.

On my way to the airport, I learned that Kobe Bryant had died that morning in a fiery helicopter crash.

I had sued Bryant for the rape of my client.

Why do I remember that date???

January 26, 2020 was my grandson’s 1st birthday.

Nash turned 6 today.

I pray I will see him again in his 7th year in earth. It has been a long 5 years. I miss him every day.

There are no coincidences.

I am pleased to inform you that #FightBack passed its independent audit of 2024 without any exceptions. This is the 5th year of successful independent audits dating back to 2020.

#FightBack has also once again timely filed its required income tax information.

February expenses were higher due to the professional fees incurred for the audit and tax return.

#FightBack has reduced security expenses by 75% to approximately $10K per month. No DOGE audit was required!!!

With an upcoming appeal and my third tribunal set for May 5, outside legal costs are increasing.

The #FightBack board members remain committed to being good stewards of the donations it receives from supporters of its stated mission.

No board member receives any remuneration for their service on the board.

#FightBack operates on a “shoestring budget.” To the extent there is a “shortfall” in revenue, I make personal donations to cover it.
