I'm thrilled to announce the publication of our research, titled "Departure Time Choices and a Modeling Framework for a Guidance System," in the prestigious Journal of Choice Modelling!
We propose a novel modeling approach that generates personalized departure time recommendations and validate it using real-world commuting data. This methodology builds upon existing departure time choice models but with the added complexity of accounting for unreliable travel times. This is a critical factor for any realistic guidance system.
The journey to this publication began in 2015, and it's been a rewarding experience with valuable contributions from numerous experts along the way. Their insightful advice has been instrumental in shaping this research.
I look forward to discussing this research further and its potential applications in intelligent transportation systems. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

I'm excited to announce the publication of our recent research in a fantastic journal, "Transportation Research Part F: Traffic Psychology and Behaviour"! This study was a true multi-disciplinary effort, bringing together a diverse team of experts from:
• Statistics
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Transport Engineering
• Robotics
• Game Design
• Civil Engineering
The research involved designing and conducting experiments using a unique two-degree-of-freedom VR-based bicycle simulator. This innovative setup was developed through a collaborative effort between my lab (cgclab.ut.ac.ir) and the Advanced Service Robots (ASR) laboratory, both at the University of Tehran.
I'm incredibly proud of our work and excited to share it with you!

I'm excited to announce the publication of our recent research article titled "Disability-specific factors in paratransit system continuance: Implications for transportation policy and practice in low-income developing countries" in the esteemed journal Transport Policy!
This study shed light on how different factors influence the continued use of paratransit services by people with disabilities, ultimately impacting their social inclusion and access to opportunities. This research was conducted mostly at the Computer Graphics in Civil Eng Lab of the School of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Tehran.
To celebrate this publication, we're pleased to offer free access to the article for the next 50 days! This is our opportunity to learn more about our research and its potential impact.
Access the article here:
