The Trump administration is defending its use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport members of Tren de Agua and remove Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national alleged to be part of MS-13.
Amid backlash from Democrats over Garcia’s deportation, Vance said they are “doing the American people’s business” by removing undocumented immigrants with serious criminal records.
“Back in 2019, an immigration judge looked at all the evidence, looked at all the data and concluded that this allegedly innocent person that we sent to El Salvador was actually a member of an MS-13 gang. He had also committed some traffic violations, he had not shown up for some court dates. This is not exactly father of the year here, this is a person that we don’t think should be in our country,” Vance said.
“Here’s the most important point, though, Lawrence [Jones] is whatever the argument is, whatever the justification is, no one doubts that no even the crazy, left-wing media criticizes the idea that we can deport this person,” the vice president continued. “They just took issue with the reasoning for why we deported this person. This was unquestionably an illegal alien, this was unquestionably a person who broke the laws to get into our country, this is unquestionably a person who an immigration judge had found had zero right to be in the United States of America. We do not ask permission from far-left Democrats before we deport illegal immigrants. We do the American people’s business.”
Vance expressed optimism that the U.S. Supreme Court will side with the administration as they continue to fight against the judges’ rulings that obstruct deportation efforts and more.
“You’re right, the courts, some radical left judges, have stepped in and said ‘you’re not allowed to deport MS-13 gang members.’ That’s crazy, we think the Supreme Court is gonna overrule it and we’re gonna keep on fighting for the president’s prerogative to enforce the law,” Vance said.

President Trump did his best to assuage worries of a dipping Dow Jones on Friday, telling followers on TRUTH Social to “HANG TOUGH.” Trump also mentioned the strong March jobs report.
“GREAT JOB NUMBERS, FAR BETTER THAN EXPECTED. IT’S ALREADY WORKING. HANG TOUGH, WE CAN’T LOSE!!!” Trump said on TRUTH Social.
US employers added a surprise 228,000 jobs in March — far exceeding expectations.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared the news on X, saying, “GREAT NEWS! The economy is starting to roar with a strong 228,000 jobs added in the month of March — well ahead of the market’s expectation. There was also a sharp increase in transportation, construction, and warehousing employment. The President’s push to onshore jobs here in the United States is working. The Golden Age of America is on its way!”
But, despite a positive jobs report, the Trump Admin has a stock market dive on its hands due to reciprocal tariffs imposed by President Trump this week and retaliatory tariffs from China.
According to a Fox Business report, China announced a 34% tariff on the U.S., just days after Trump unveiled the same amount against Beijing under his reciprocal tariff plan.
The new China tariffs on the U.S. will take effect on April 10.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said at a briefing in Beijing yesterday that “The U.S. announced tariff hikes on imports from many countries, including China, under the pretext of reciprocity” and that “This gravely violates World Trade Organization rules, and undermines the rules-based multilateral trading system.
“China firmly rejects this and will do what is necessary to defend our legitimate rights and interests,” he added. “We have emphasized more than once that trade and tariff wars have no winners. Protectionism leads nowhere. We urge the U.S. to stop doing the wrong thing, and resolve trade differences with China and other countries through consultation with equality, respect and mutual benefit.”
“We knew this was going to be a little bit bumpy in the beginning, but let’s understand what it’s about. It’s about fairness. It’s about America first, not America last,” Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) told Fox Business Friday morning.
“We have been getting the short end of the stick for years and it’s important that Americans understand this. These are reciprocal tariffs. We have been tariffed. Our goods are tariffed. We are always at an unfair disadvantage with these countries so it’s going to be a little bumpy, they are going to cry, they are going to yell,” he continued. “I spoke to the president personally yesterday, he was telling me that already, countries are coming to him saying ‘lets work this out, we can make a fair deal, we can do better.’ We will. Everybody just hold on a little bit, be a little bit strong, Wall Street will come back. But this is also about Main Street, this is about making things in America.”

Energy prices are down, Interest Rates are down, Inflation is down, even Eggs are down 69%, and Jobs are UP, all within two months – A BIG WIN for America. CUT INTEREST RATES, JEROME, AND STOP PLAYING POLITICS!
Shortly after Trump’s post, Powell said in prepared remarks, “Our obligation is to keep longer-term inflation expectations well anchored and to make certain that a one-time increase in the price level does not become an ongoing inflation problem. We are well-positioned to wait for greater clarity before considering any adjustments to our policy stance. It is too soon to say what will be the appropriate path for monetary policy.”
“While tariffs are highly likely to generate at least a temporary rise in inflation, it is also possible that the effects could be more persistent,” Powell added. “Avoiding that outcome would depend on keeping longer-term inflation expectations well anchored, on the size of the effects, and on how long it takes for them to pass through fully to prices.”
Powell wouldn’t comment on Trump’s remarks.
“I make it a practice not to respond to any elected officials’ comments, so I don’t want to be seen to be doing that. It’s just not appropriate for me,” Powell said at the onset of a question-and-answer session following his speech.
The Dow Industrial was down nearly 4.00% on Friday.

亚洲国家均遭受“解放日关税”冲击
“解放日关税”对所有国家出口至美国的商品征收最低10%关税，并对约60个对美存在贸易顺差的国家和地区征收更高关税。美国前十大贸易伙伴中，中国加征34%，加上此前两次的20%，其整体关税税率被大幅提升至54%。墨西哥、加拿大因芬太尼与非法移民而加征的25%关税豁免已于4月2日到期，欧盟等七大贸易伙伴因属于约60个“贸易行为不良”（指关税与非关税壁垒，影响美国企业的法规与税收等）国家，均获加征。被加征40%以上的亚洲国家依次为：柬埔寨49%；老挝48%，越南46%，缅甸44%，泰国36%，台湾32%，印尼32%，马来西亚24%。
东盟诸国对美国加征关税的反应不似美国盟友反应那么激烈。泰国总理佩通坦表示，泰国政府理解美方通过“对等贸易关税”调整贸易平衡的考量，将与美国沟通，并在近期发布详细的应对方案。越南计划在4月5日派遣由副总理胡德福带领的越南代表团访美，增加沟通。但一直认为自己是美国特殊保护对象的台湾无论朝野均悲愤莫名，做出少见的强烈反应。

如果认为国际社会的舆论指责会改变川普心意，可能过于乐观了。美国除了奥巴马为代表的全球主义者之外，还有“美国独行”这一被全球主义压制了几十年的国家主义传统，川普的解放日关税，实际上就是国家主义对全球化的挑战。
今年以来，就美国加征关税向WTO申诉的共有香港、中国政府，以及行将申诉的巴西政府。其实， WTO裁决执行与国家利益实现存在潜在背离是研究者早就多次指出的现象，川普的“对等关税”要求，是对克林顿总统任期内成立WTO的大逆转。克林顿号称“全球化第一推手”，为了推动全球化进程，将关贸总协定改为WTO，其基石是“最惠国待遇”原则。根据这一规则，成员国需对所有成员实行统一关税。但在实践过程中，除了美国之外，很多国家还有增值税（VAT）、碳税等非关税壁垒，各种贸易保护措施不断推陈出新，事实上只有美国市场才算是真正门户洞开。
川普指责各国都占美国的便宜，大体上没错。因为WTO框架下发展中国家可以合法享受差异化待遇，印度、巴西等新兴市场为保护本土产业，关税普遍高于美国。就连欧盟各国向美国产品征收的关税也远高于美国对欧盟同类产品的关税。例如，美国此前对欧盟汽车征收2.5%的关税，而欧盟对美汽车关税高达10%。川普宣布实行“对等关税”之后，日韩德墨加这五大对美汽车出口国已经提前进入“危机模式”。
简言之，美国推动成立WTO，对绝大多数国家施行最惠国条款，是因为美国希望扮演自由贸易问题上的领导角色；如今川普已经明说他就是美国总统，首要任务是对美国负责，自然不再需要WTO这一全球化的经济抓手。
真正挑战川普关税政策的力量来自美国国内
川普团队现在除了在国家层面解释关税战之所以必要之外，最缺的就是对症下药的为本国消费者释疑：加征关税不会导致物价上涨。
美国国内批评者一致认定，增加关税必须引致日常消费品的涨价。比如越南是全球最重要的运动鞋生产国之一，耐克约50%、阿迪达斯约39%的鞋类产品都集中于越南，年销售额合计超200亿美元。行业人士表示，由于运动鞋需要专业的生产线，短时间内转移生产链和供应链几乎不可能，最终结果只会导致终端市场上涨价。柬埔寨目前是美国第六大服装供应国，其制鞋和旅行用品也在美国市场占有重要地位。美国零售联合会（NRF）表示：”这些税款最终会转嫁给普通家庭，加剧通胀的压力。”
今年2月18日，美国耶鲁大学预算实验室公布的预测曾列举“对等关税”实施后美国消费者将受到的影响：美国有效关税税率将提高13个百分点，升至1937年以来最高水平；价格上涨幅度1.7-2.1%，相当于2024年平均每个家庭损失2700-3400美元，2025年GDP实际增长率将下降0.6-1.0个百分点。从长远来看，美国经济将持续萎缩0.3-0.6%，相当于2024年每年萎缩1000-1750亿美元。关税是累退税，底层家庭的损失将在 1,000 至 1,300 美元之间。服装和电子产品受到的影响尤为严重，机动车和药品的价格也会出现高于平均水平的上涨。
目前，川普的支持者不少都相信关税战是必要的恶，愿意为此忍受一段时间的痛苦。但关税战一旦开打，美国只是主导的一方，各国的反应与实时变化有很多随机因素，时间一长，物价上涨看不到头，国内压力就会增加，这种可能性不可忽视。
关税作为“美国外交的战略工具”还有其他内涵
川普总统与他的财长、商务部长都多次宣称关税是美国外交的重要战略工具，意义当然不止于税收的增加，至少还有振兴美国制造业与重塑地缘政治这两重目标。
美国经济学界对川普通过关税战振兴美国制造业的效力深表怀疑。4月2日，川普再次重申这些对等关税将使“美国工业重生”，他将这一天形容为“解放日”，是美国工业重生和国家命运重新掌握的日子。他对所有抱怨的公司或国家表示：“如果想让你们的关税税率为零，那么就在美国生产你们的产品。”《华尔街日报》在次日发表的《川普最新关税行动宣告全球化时代落幕》对此作出回应，称这意味着美国对过去几十年推动全球经济发展的高速全球化的支持落幕，但想让制造业回流美国，却并非易事——这一分析大抵没错，从奥巴马时代开始，历经三位总统，都将让制造业回流美国当作国策，但由于产业链重置及生产成本等问题太过复杂，只能通过近岸外包与友岸外包去了墨西哥、印度等地，效果并不理想。如今川普以关税战的方式给企业施加压力，其效果不一定在他的任期内完全显现。
关税作为“为美国的外交政策服务的重要战略工具”，其中包括重塑地缘政治格局。东盟多国与日本、南韩这次都被加征，但反应相对温和，多希望通过与美国的谈判降低关税，这种考虑是明智的。美国既然声称今后将全力应付与中国的竞争，要将主要力量投放在太平洋地区，这就需要盟友。如果是亚太战略，日本、南韩、台湾、东盟国家必会成为笼络对象；如果是印太战略，印度、澳大利亚则不可或缺。多年以来，这些国家一直期望“政治安全靠美国，经济发展靠中国”，在美中之间游移不定。如今川普均课以重关税，以示惩罚；各国要想保持经济利益，就得让美国政治上有利可图，所谓关税是美国外交重要的战略工具，要害就在这点。
多年以来，世界上只有美国在践行全球主义，其他的国家都是全球主义为表国家主义为里。践行全球主义的代价是川普接过36万亿巨额国债与1.2117万亿美元贸易逆差这个财政与贸易双赤字的摊子，要想挽救美国，只能施以雷霆手段。但最近30年以来，世界早就听惯了西方左派那种冠冕堂皇的全球化理论，与该理论的各种道义包装（人权高于主权、环保、保护性少数群体等弱者利益）相比，赤裸裸地诉诸于国家利益的川普主义太过生硬，一时之间很难被接受。

美国国内批评者一致认定，增加关税必须引致日常消费品的涨价。比如越南是全球最重要的运动鞋生产国之一，耐克约50%、阿迪达斯约39%的鞋类产品都集中于越南，年销售额合计超200亿美元。行业人士表示，由于运动鞋需要专业的生产线，短时间内转移生产链和供应链几乎不可能，最终结果只会导致终端市场上涨价。柬埔寨目前是美国第六大服装供应国，其制鞋和旅行用品也在美国市场占有重要地位。美国零售联合会（NRF）表示：”这些税款最终会转嫁给普通家庭，加剧通胀的压力。”
今年2月18日，美国耶鲁大学预算实验室公布的预测曾列举“对等关税”实施后美国消费者将受到的影响：美国有效关税税率将提高13个百分点，升至1937年以来最高水平；价格上涨幅度1.7-2.1%，相当于2024年平均每个家庭损失2700-3400美元，2025年GDP实际增长率将下降0.6-1.0个百分点。从长远来看，美国经济将持续萎缩0.3-0.6%，相当于2024年每年萎缩1000-1750亿美元。关税是累退税，底层家庭的损失将在 1,000 至 1,300 美元之间。服装和电子产品受到的影响尤为严重，机动车和药品的价格也会出现高于平均水平的上涨。
目前，川普的支持者不少都相信关税战是必要的恶，愿意为此忍受一段时间的痛苦。但关税战一旦开打，美国只是主导的一方，各国的反应与实时变化有很多随机因素，时间一长，物价上涨看不到头，国内压力就会增加，这种可能性不可忽视。
关税作为“美国外交的战略工具”还有其他内涵
川普总统与他的财长、商务部长都多次宣称关税是美国外交的重要战略工具，意义当然不止于税收的增加，至少还有振兴美国制造业与重塑地缘政治这两重目标。
美国经济学界对川普通过关税战振兴美国制造业的效力深表怀疑。4月2日，川普再次重申这些对等关税将使“美国工业重生”，他将这一天形容为“解放日”，是美国工业重生和国家命运重新掌握的日子。他对所有抱怨的公司或国家表示：“如果想让你们的关税税率为零，那么就在美国生产你们的产品。”《华尔街日报》在次日发表的《川普最新关税行动宣告全球化时代落幕》对此作出回应，称这意味着美国对过去几十年推动全球经济发展的高速全球化的支持落幕，但想让制造业回流美国，却并非易事——这一分析大抵没错，从奥巴马时代开始，历经三位总统，都将让制造业回流美国当作国策，但由于产业链重置及生产成本等问题太过复杂，只能通过近岸外包与友岸外包去了墨西哥、印度等地，效果并不理想。如今川普以关税战的方式给企业施加压力，其效果不一定在他的任期内完全显现。
关税作为“为美国的外交政策服务的重要战略工具”，其中包括重塑地缘政治格局。东盟多国与日本、南韩这次都被加征，但反应相对温和，多希望通过与美国的谈判降低关税，这种考虑是明智的。美国既然声称今后将全力应付与中国的竞争，要将主要力量投放在太平洋地区，这就需要盟友。如果是亚太战略，日本、南韩、台湾、东盟国家必会成为笼络对象；如果是印太战略，印度、澳大利亚则不可或缺。多年以来，这些国家一直期望“政治安全靠美国，经济发展靠中国”，在美中之间游移不定。如今川普均课以重关税，以示惩罚；各国要想保持经济利益，就得让美国政治上有利可图，所谓关税是美国外交重要的战略工具，要害就在这点。
多年以来，世界上只有美国在践行全球主义，其他的国家都是全球主义为表国家主义为里。践行全球主义的代价是川普接过36万亿巨额国债与1.2117万亿美元贸易逆差这个财政与贸易双赤字的摊子，要想挽救美国，只能施以雷霆手段。但最近30年以来，世界早就听惯了西方左派那种冠冕堂皇的全球化理论，与该理论的各种道义包装（人权高于主权、环保、保护性少数群体等弱者利益）相比，赤裸裸地诉诸于国家利益的川普主义太过生硬，一时之间很难被接受。

President Donald Trump unloaded on China in a late-morning TRUTH Social post on Monday. The POTUS threatened an additional 50% tariff on the Red Giant unless it backed off its plan to implement a 34% tariff on American goods starting this week.
Trump posted the following to his TRUTH Social account late Monday morning:
Yesterday, China issued Retaliatory Tariffs of 34%, on top of their already record setting Tariffs, Non-Monetary Tariffs, Illegal Subsidization of companies, and massive long term Currency Manipulation, despite my warning that any country that Retaliates against the U.S. by issuing additional Tariffs, above and beyond their already existing long term Tariff abuse of our Nation, will be immediately met with new and substantially higher Tariffs, over and above those initially set. Therefore, if China does not withdraw its 34% increase above their already long term trading abuses by tomorrow, April 8th, 2025, the United States will impose ADDITIONAL Tariffs on China of 50%, effective April 9th. Additionally, all talks with China concerning their requested meetings with us will be terminated! Negotiations with other countries, which have also requested meetings, will begin taking place immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
The White House also pushed back on false reports that there are plans for a 90-day pause on tariffs in the works.
A White House spokesperson tells FOX Business’ Edward Lawrence that there is no plan to pause tariffs on U.S. trading partners. The tariffs plan is in place and there are no plans to change the plan, according to the spokesperson.
Trump is encouraging Americans to be “strong, courageous, and patient” as the economy corrects itself.
“Oil prices are down, interest rates are down (the slow moving Fed should cut rates!), food prices are down, there is NO INFLATION, and the long time abused USA is bringing in Billions of Dollars a week from the abusing countries on Tariffs that are already in place,” Trump shared on TRUTH.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday that China’s refusal to lift its retaliatory tariff triggered the president’s additional 50% tariff—on top of existing 20% and 34% tariffs—raising the total tariff on Chinese goods to 104%.
She said the new tariffs took effect at noon Eastern Time on Tuesday, with collection starting Wednesday. Leavitt added that U.S. trading partners should be approaching the administration with proposals to improve trade terms.
“The president’s message has been simple and consistent from the beginning to countries around the world – bring us your best offers and he will listen,” Leavitt said during a White House press briefing Tuesday. “Deals will only be made if they benefit American workers and address our nation’s crippling trade deficits.”

Leavitt said China’s retaliatory tariffs prompted Trump to raise duties on Chinese imports—an example of the consequences other countries could face if they take similar actions.
“On the other hand, countries like China, who have chosen to retaliate, and try to double down on their mistreatment of American workers are making a mistake,” she said.
“President Trump has a spine of steel and he will not break, and America will not break under his leadership. He is guided by a firm belief that America must be able to produce essential goods for our own people and export them to the rest of the world,” Leavitt said. “A strong America cannot be solely dependent on foreign countries for our food, medicines, and critical minerals, and America must always maintain a robust defense supply chain.”
Meanwhile, China is refusing to back down.
“The U.S. side’s threat to escalate tariffs against China is a mistake on top of a mistake, once again exposing the American side’s blackmailing nature,” China’s commerce ministry said.
“If the U.S. insists on having its way, China will fight to the end,” it added.

“We are the deficit country. So what do we lose by the Chinese raising tariffs on us? We export one-fifth to them of what they export to us. So, that is a losing hand for them.”

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and the House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday that paves the way for a sweeping conservative policy overhaul and President Trump’s tax agenda.
The vote came after a long night of negotiations between GOP leaders and fiscal hawks who pushed for deeper spending cuts. The bill passed mostly along party lines, 216 to 214.
Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune held a presser Thursday morning.
“I’m happy to tell you that this morning, I believe we have the votes to finally adopt the budget resolution so we can move forward on President Trump’s very important agenda for the American people,” Johnson said. “Our first big, beautiful reconciliation package here, involves a number of commitments. And one of those is that we are committed to finding at least $1.5 trillion in savings for the American people, while also preserving our essential programs.”
Thune added, “We are aligned with the House in terms of what their budget resolution outlined in terms of savings. The speaker has talked about $1.5 trillion. We have a lot of United States senators who believe in that as a minimum.”
Trump shared the following message on TRUTH Social following the vote: “Congratulations to the House on the passage of a Bill that sets the stage for one of the Greatest and Most Important Signings in the History of our Country. Among many other things, it will be the Largest Tax and Regulation Cuts ever even contemplated. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Walz faced accusations of stolen valor during the 2024 presidential election for inconsistencies describing his military service.
Walz is a veteran, having served in the Minnesota National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 125th Field Artillery after transferring from the Nebraska National Guard in 1996. He retired as a master sergeant in 2005.
The former vice presidential candidate was accused of stolen valor for retiring just months before his battalion deployed to Iraq as war raged in the Middle East following the 9/11 attacks. Walz put in his papers for retirement at least five months before his battalion received deployment orders, according to the Minnesota National Guard.
Walz was also discovered to have claimed several times that he retired as a command sergeant major, which is not accurate – he reverted to his previous rank upon retirement because he did not complete the necessary corresponding coursework, the National Guard has said.
Walz’s decades-long ties to China also came to light when Vice President Kamala Harris picked him as her running mate last summer. He worked briefly in China as a teacher, traveling to Guangdong in 1989 for a teaching-abroad program to teach English and American history.

“I said, ‘Well, there was also that whole bringing down communism thing.’ I was waiting for the Diet Coke button to be pushed and I go through the trap door, but no, he laughed. He got it,” Maher said.

“Last night, another 10 criminals from the MS-13 and Tren de Aragua Foreign Terrorist Organizations arrived in El Salvador. The alliance between @POTUS and President @nayibbukele has become an example for security and prosperity in our hemisphere,” Rubio posted on X.
According to New York Post reporter Jennie Baer, the gang members included the following:

1. Jose Santos Robles-raped a 15-yr-old girl in New York
2. Demerys Bello Subero– (Tren de Aragua associate) Identified as an associate of a known TDA gang member and was observed engaging in electronic communications related to alien smuggling operations and associated financial transactions. He was apprehended on March 5, 2025, in connection with a 3 on 2 Alien Smuggling event and identified as a principal participant. Further investigation confirms the receipt of smuggling-related payments via the Cash App platform. Social media analysis of Bello’s Facebook accounts revealed multiple posts suggestive of gang affiliation with TDA. Additionally, Bello displays several gang-related tattoos, including AK-style rifles, a crowned name, playing cards and dice on the forearm, and the phrase “real life” also tattooed on the forearm.
3. Rodmel Angulo Orta– Tren de Aragua member previously attempted to file a refugee claim in Canada alongside five other Venezuelan nationals; the claims were subsequently denied. Among those accompanying Angulo was a confirmed member of the TDA gang and another associate bearing tattoos consistent with affiliation to the Los Choneros transnational criminal organization. A search of Angulo’s mobile device revealed photographs depicting known gang members with identifiable tattoos, as well as graphic images of individuals who had been beheaded. Angulo is also the sibling of a suspected member of the Los Choneros organization. Law enforcement information indicate that Angulo maintains associations with other TDA members currently in detention. Additional photographic evidence found on the device further supports indications of TDA affiliation.
4. Luis Edixon Chacon Gomez– Tren de Aragua member who has multiple tattoos assessed by both state and federal agencies as indicative of gang affiliation. According to state law enforcement reports, Chacon sustained a gunshot wound to the right calf while in Chile and has visible scarring on both cheekbones, consistent with injuries sustained during prior prison altercations. Criminal records show that Chacon was arrested in Illinois for organized retail theft in December 2024 and subsequently convicted in August 2024. That same month, Chacon was arrested by the Chicago Police Department for domestic battery involving physical contact; those charges remain pending. In March 2025, Chacon was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Washington County for felony retail theft. Law enforcement officials continue to identify Chacon as a suspected associate of the TDA gang.
5. Joender Jesus Pineda-Riera– Tren de Aragua member who has ten tattoos, several of which are assessed to indicate affiliation and possible membership with the TDA gang. This constitutes a 14% decrease from February when Border Patrol apprehended 8,346 aliens, and more dramatically, a 95% decrease from the 137,473 aliens apprehended under the Biden administration in the same period in 2024.
Meanwhile, CBP’s Office of Field Operations, which manages immigration enforcement at the country’s 328 ports of entry, reported that nationwide encounters averaged approximately 673 per day in March. This is 3% lower than the office’s 693 daily average encounters in February and 81% lower than the 3,464 per day average from March 2024.
Acting CBP Commissioner Pete Flores said the record-low numbers are due to the agency’s dedicated agents.
“U.S. Border Patrol’s apprehensions along the southwest border for the entire month of March 2025 were lower than the first two days of March 2024,” he said. “This is a testament to the tireless dedication and vigilant service of the men and women of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, who work every day to keep our country safe. Their commitment on the front lines plays a vital role in securing our borders and protecting American communities.”

According to The New York Post, the school hired de Blasio as a teaching fellow at the university’s schools of government and public health in 2022 after his Big Apple mayoral term ended.
Meanwhile, Lightfoot — who served as Chicago’s mayor from 2019 to 2023 — was employed as a teaching fellow at the university’s school of public health for the 2023 fall semester.
“Many others, like these Leftist dopes, are teaching at Harvard, and because of that, Harvard can no longer be considered even a decent place of learning, and should not be considered on any list of the World’s Great Universities or Colleges,” Trump continued.

“Today, the Department of Justice is announcing a civil lawsuit against the Maine Department of Education,” Bondi said in a televised statement Wednesday. “The state of Maine is discriminating against women by failing to protect women in women’s sports — pretty basic stuff. This is a violation of Title IX. The Department of Justice will not sit by why when women are discriminated against in sports — this is about sports and about these young women’s personal safety.”
Bondi continued: “I met many of these women througout the past weeks and months and what they have been through is horrific. We have exhuasted every toher remedy. We tried to get Maine to comply. We don’t like standing up here and filing lawsuits.”
