Here are the key points regarding the refund process:

1⃣Refund Eligibility: We will be refunding users for the claimed refined XBL from the old contract and XBL purchased on Dex before the hacking incident occurred at 2 AM UTC on April 9th.

2⃣Automatic Refund for Unclaimed Refined XBL: Unclaimed refined XBL (from the old contract) will be automatically transferred into your refining machine for the current contract XBL.

3⃣Exclusion of Post-Incident XBL Purchases: Please note that any XBL purchased after the hacking incident occurred will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly advise against purchasing XBL during this period.

4⃣Form Submission: To expedite the refund process, please ensure that you fill out the form provided thoroughly and accurately.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter promptly.
