We value your contribution to the Waves ecosystem and to Waves.Exchange, in particular. The reliability of all systems is a top priority for the Waves.Exchange team. Also, we pay special attention to the financial security of all smart contracts. Based on community feedback, we believe it is time to make the next step towards stepping up the security of the smart contract.
One of the most powerful tools for achieving that is diversification. Therefore, today, we will replace $25 mln USDN in the IDO smart contract with USDT and USDC, in equal shares.
Thus, $12.5 mln USDT and $12.5 mln USDC will be added to the smart contract from the Waves.Exchange team's funds. This approach is set to give IDO participants more assurance about the project's long-term prospects, while the team will be able to confidently continue work on innovative features and products.

The AMA was devoted to Waves.Exchange’s newly launched in-house token, WX, its utility and earning opportunities that it offers to users.
🤩 gWX Staking Announcement
As announced before, WX holders who lock their tokens will receive governance rewards accumulated from exchange fees. On top of that, starting next week we will activate the gWX staking function which means that all the gWX holders will be able to receive a share from 5% of the WX emission redistributed from pools.
This rewards system will be up and running next week. The rewards claiming will be available by the end of this year on a weekly basis. All that means, that locking WX will become even more profitable, and you can use gWX not only for boosting but for receiving an additional income. Stay tuned, to learn more in our upcoming articles!
