Magisk for Android11 roms to be flashed after the rom

Last Magisk v21.1

If you're on R, flash it after the Debug version

First R build for the curious flashaholics users wanting an R-om with some pretty decent customizations (SS above), including my usual wtApps: Bromite Webview, Musicolet, Aurora, gClock, MiCalc, MiXplorer, gBoardB, SimpleGalleryPro, SPKernelManager.

Fully based on @pivcer's DT/VT trees, many thanks to him as the fkn usual ❤️. And about the kernel tree, well, just guess it.

The actual missing options, that might be added in future, for a full wtExperience are:
-expanded notifications
-volume panel (install Ultra Volume from Store)
-removable R headers on notifications
-some buttons actions
-face-unlock
-some better Recents than the ugly stock
-volume levels
....everything else should be there...;-)

Installation with the suggested 1st March Shrp by @matt_zer01: do wipes for a clean flash, then add zips in this order all at once:
-rom
-(NikGapps core)
-(NikGapps SetupWizard add-on)
-debug Magisk_R
-Magisk v21.1
-reboot

...alright...an even closer attempt to try to jump on R train with this release:

- updated Bromite Webview, Musicolet, NewPipe
- SmartpackKernelManager switched from stable to beta, gaining the full version mode, updates and no more ads
- added some really great goodies for notifications
- changed launcher, might need a clean flash
- latest updated improved Kow by @pivcer
