During this time, IPv4 addresses have become increasingly scarce, and customer requirements have become more elaborate. As a result, market prices for IPv4 address allocations have raised significantly, while your price for your Cogent IPv4 services has remained the same.
To adapt to these market dynamics, Cogent will, as of September 1, 2024, increase the Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) for your IPv4 services as listed below, to the level of Cogent's current IPv4 pricing.

隔壁某主机商发的“日本CN2”下线的消息，实际上是电信AS4809不再直接对接海外客户（北美目前情况特殊除外），全部迁移到CTGNET AS23764下，对网络质量不会有过多的影响，如果买的是CTG的GIA产品的话（参考DMIT日本CTGNET），跨境段还是CN2的C-I，所以说比直接CN2差的可以省省了。

对于因为今天CrowdStrike更新导致Windows蓝屏无法常规启动进入系统的用户，可尝试以下步骤：
1. 重启进入Windows安全模式
2. 转到
