Tools boosting your productivity x10

Recently, I was inspired by this guy's post on his productivity tools, so here I am telling you about my tools to keep productive. And one note I want to emphasize from the start is that there won’t be any secret applications or software that people keep in secret, no. The standard apps that come preinstalled on your device should be sufficient to do the majority of your tasks and stay productive.

Apple Calendar - straightforward and incredibly minimalist calendar that meets all the necessities. Since I started using the entire apple ecosystem, from the mac to the homepod, I use the majority of apple applications. I find it amazing when all of your applications are synchronized and help you to avoid all the pain when you work with multiple applications that only support their format or have a specific design. Additionally, if you use an Android or Windows device, Google Calendar is a great option because it can accomplish everything an Apple Calendar does, and possibly even more. However, what I am doing is syncing my two Google accounts (personal and work) and phone calendar into one calendar. This is much more convenient than checking all of your calendars and risking missing key events or having them end up in your spam folder. Another advantage of using a calendar is that when someone sends you an invitation to a meeting, it gets into your calendar and you can accept it, which will instantly create an event in your calendar, including the time, date, and link to the meeting. Perfect, right? In addition, I can add that it is a great practice to start your day by checking your calendar so that you are aware of all your plans.

Telegram Saved Messages - yes, I am using saved messages as my ToDo tasks, why did I decide to use it in that way? So, basically, I've noticed that I use Telegram frequently as the main source of communication. Every time I open the message, I see my daily tasks, and some sort of perfectionist inside of me pushes me to complete these tasks faster. I've also seen that people use it as a store to save some information; perhaps this can be the proper purpose of it, but not for me 🙃. Due to this, I try to maintain my Telegram “cloud” free of clutter where I record my daily stuff.

Notion - why did you list notion, though? Isn't it a tool for ToDo lists, plans, calendars, and other things? Wait, let me explain how I organize my notion. I have three workspaces: a personal workspace, a workspace for projects, and a roadmap for a software engineer. I save all the details about the books I wish to read (not technical books), clothing inspirations I've gathered from Tim Dessaint videos, and skin care plans on my personal workspace. Project-based workspace functions essentially as a documentation of my personal projects, where I can describe the project concept, keep links to all sources relevant to the development process (such as Figma, GitHub, and others), and describe the architecture of the workspace as well as the tools I use for particular projects. Finally, I manage all of the notes on the technologies I use, a list of technical books, courses that would be helpful for me to pass, and obviously my current roadmap to a specific objective for the near future in my workspace for software engineering. To save time and rapidly define and analyze the problem, it is important to outline that I am using notion in a simple, minimalistic manner rather than making it appear attractive, which could take a lot of your time (based on so many notion tutorials on YT).

Payme Monitoring - When we begin to make money, the financial aspect is vital. Payme offers an incredible deal for just 2000 UZS, or less than 0.2 USD, to keep track of all of your expenses and earnings. Additionally, it offers specific filters for things like groceries, entertainment, transfers, and other things so you can see clearly how you spend your money and, if necessary, work on your financial skills.

I'm not a productivity guru, and I don't have a YouTube channel where I post motivational quotes or videos, but that's how I manage my productivity, so I decided to share this in case it would be useful to someone, thanks! Share what and how you use for time management in the comments.
