CYCLONE ARNAB MAKES LANDFALL
Cyclone Arnab has begun landfall along the Andhra Pradesh and Yanam coasts near Kakinada. Landfall started at 1:20 AM, with winds of 115 to 125 km/h and gusts up to 140 km/h.
Heavy rainfall and strong winds are affecting Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, southern Odisha, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Odisha has a Red Warning for 5 districts, while Orange Alerts have been issued in several areas.
