Automated form for a medical clinic
"So, I'm finishing my medical residency, and I am looking for ways to work more efficiently in world that is sadly still heavily relies on paper and faxes. There are many medications that I start on a regular basis that require quite a lot of paperwork (vaccination, lab work, etc.). I'd like to make some kind of automated form, where if I check some kind of box for some medication, and all the required things (vaccines, labs, prescription, pamphlet for the patient) appear, and then I can edit it to fit the individualities of the patient. Ideally this would generate a pdf document. Is there some kind of software that could help me do that? Or I have to learn to code and do my own app?"

Leaving my cat when I travel is problematic
I recently needed to board my cat into a hotel for cats, but all of them were booked for multiple months. All of them are just ~2 in a 1.1m population city. They were not so good anyway.
The problem is that it's hard to leave a cat when you should travel somewhere. Those cat hotels I saw aren't even good(and pricey). I only liked one thing: there's a doctor if something happens. The living conditions aren't good.
Even if the conditions are good: how do I know if the people who look after animals are trustworthy? Maybe they don't like animals at all?
I could hire someone to come to my house and care for my cat. But how can I trust this person as well?

It's difficult to make a [storytelling] game
I like interesting(or put any other positive adjective) experiences. I get many of them by reading books, watching movies or TV shows, and playing games.
Some games not only give you a great story but share ideas to look at from a different angle. It may make people think and feel emotions. The point is that humans can pack those experiences and ideas into more interactive activities - games.
Many people want to write a book, for example. Why? One reason is that they want to share those experiences with others. Okay, so let's write a book or, in our case, create a game.
The problem is many of us can't make a game. One should learn how to program, at least. It'd be great to have some simple game engine to pack the stories with some interactivity. It'd allow many creative humans to share exciting stories with others.

It's difficult to validate a problem
And reasons for that are:
1. One needs a real-world insight in the niche. If I am a developer, for example, I don't know much about real estate, restaurants, tourism, etc. I need to search for the domain professionals somewhere like LinkedIn, Reddit, and other related communities.
2. It's hard to find more professionals to get even more insights.
Fundamentally, it's merely a single issue to find good specialists to understand the domain, its problems. If one has money, it's not a problem to hire those for $100+ an hour. Also, how to do so at scale without much money?
Ironically, this issue came up in this channel, and it's a good place for the discussion. Thus, a possible solution is to have a community of vetted professionals in many domains that engage in problems the community members submit.

It's time-consuming to filter messages in a Telegram group
It doesn't take so much time though, but one should filter a group's messages regularly because there are many spammers/scammers. There are anti-spam bots but many of them are ineffective. A while ago, I created a custom bot dedicated to my group and it was good.
But what if a person isn't a programmer? When you use the other anti-spam bots, they're ineffective because your group audience may be specific, so span rules differ. For example, in a tech-related group there are spam messages regarding crypto, and in a food-related group, there are spam regarding buying chef courses.
It also depends where people are coming from to your group, it affects what kind of spammers the group attracts.
It would be great to have an anti-spam bot where a group admin can alter the spam rules based on the audience.

Let's run a community-driven problem search. How it works: we'll write the products we pay(paid) for, why(the benefits). If one paid before, then tell the reason why you unsubscribed.
Why: if this a such problem for you that you paid for a solution, then it's a worthy problem to solve. Maybe someone from the community will solve it better that some company.
👇Reply in the comments about what products/services you pay for, have you enjoyed it, or why did you unsubscribed.
(I posted the same thread in Startup Ideas, but I want to see the engagement here)

It's challenging to find up-to-date information regarding migration to some countries.
Usually, a country has a website that tells foreigners if they're eligible to immigrate and other immigration-related questions. However, it's not always the case. Also, they might not provide the information one needs, but they have some other data. Or they show it in the country's language.
"Why don't you go to the country's consulate and ask them?" But, unfortunately, not all countries have good relations with the ones you want to immigrate to. They don't have representatives there or here.
"Then ask people." Of course, but first, find them. Then, validate the information. This step is the most challenging.

5 niche problems to solve:
1. Developing a device that helps people with visual impairments navigate unfamiliar spaces more easily.
2. Creating a subscription service that delivers locally-sourced, organic produce to consumers.
3. Developing a software platform that helps small business owners manage and streamline their operations.
4. Creating a mobile app that connects pet owners with trusted, local pet sitters and dog walkers.
5. Developing a line of eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging materials for use in the food and beverage industry.
One bonus more niche problem:
- developing a specialized piece of software that helps professional ice sculptors design and create complex, three-dimensional sculptures. This software could include tools for modeling and simulating the sculpting process, as well as advanced algorithms for optimizing the use of ice blocks and predicting the final shape of the sculpture. It would be a valuable tool for ice sculptors, who often have to work with challenging materials and time constraints.

Waste and inefficiency in the construction industry.
Currently, the construction industry is plagued by high levels of waste, both in terms of materials and time. This can lead to costly delays and project overruns, and can have a negative impact on the environment. A specialized piece of software could be developed to help construction professionals plan and manage their projects more effectively, reducing waste and increasing efficiency. This software could include features such as project management tools, real-time communication and collaboration features, and advanced algorithms for optimizing the use of materials and labor. By using this software, construction professionals could improve their project planning and execution, ultimately leading to cost savings, improved outcomes, and a reduced environmental impact.
