Points for trading are moving to a tier-based system — tied to your overall activity, not the number of trades you fire off.

Why: a few users have been placing dozens of back-to-back trades purely to farm points. That's not what the system is for, and it's unfair to everyone playing straight.

⚠️ Points earned through this kind of wash trading will be clawed back, and the leaderboard corrected.

✅ Trading normally? Nothing changes for you.

📢 Clarification on worm.wtf trading points

We became aware of a copy error in the Mini App that displayed 15,000 / 20,000 points for every trade (spot / leverage). We're sorry for the confusion — here's how the trading rewards actually work.

Those numbers were never meant to be a flat reward for every trade. A flat 20,000 points on every leverage trade would be unfair, and was never the intended design. We won't award points based on a UI mistake.

How trading points actually work

⚠️ First, make sure you've completed the Connect your wallet to worm.wtf task — you need it done to start earning points.

The high rewards apply to your first trades, then they scale down:

🔹 Spot Trading
• 15,000 pts — Trade 1
• 13,000 pts — Trades 2–5
• 11,000 pts — Trades 6–20

🔸 Leverage Trading
• 20,000 pts — Trade 1
• 18,000 pts — Trades 2–5
• 16,000 pts — Trades 6–20

After your first 20 trades, points no longer follow a per-trade schedule. They're calculated with a volume & risk-weighted system that rewards genuine, active traders.

Fair play comes first
Our rewards system includes an anti-gaming layer that detects bots and bad actors, including:
• Wash trading
• Round-trip trading
• Artificial volume generation
• Other manipulative behaviors

Points earned through these may be retroactively clawed back, and abusive accounts may face additional deductions.

Our goal is simple: reward real traders, not bots or people gaming the system.
