FBI snatch man with ‘IED’ in nearby van to Manhattan office

A man has been detained after strolling into the FBI building in New York, claiming to have an improvised explosive in a vehicle parked close by.

It's believed the suspect is former army, and told workers he had an improvised explosive device in a white van. (NY Post)
