If this is real, this might be the straw that breaks the camel's back on this unjust prosecution of Rittenhouse. If Binger....before the trial started...was approached by Jump Kick Man, learned Jump Kick Man's identity...and then withheld the name from the defense team. It's prosecutorial misconduct that pales next to any of the crap he did during the trial itself. This is discovery. He knew the identity of one of Kyle's attackers, of one of the people Kyle shot at that night at point blank range - and missed - and Binger hid it. We need to ascertain as quickly as we can if O'Donnell is telling the truth and if so, that that Jump Kick Man's name is gotten to the defense team as quickly as possible.
