Finding a school, finding translators, advising them on neighborhoods, advising on where to bank. Sometimes you work with POA. Clients are willing to pay PREMIUM for this service. And it’s easy. BUT stressful. Client pays $3k-10k for this service. These are people paying to not have to navigate the Dominican bureaucracy themselves.
“THE PERSONAL SHOPPER”
This is different than a realtor. You position yourself as the person that knows their way on finding the perfect new or second home for your client. They pay you a fixed fee for the search, even for unsuccessful search. With successful search you can charge a success fee and/or commission with the realtor and/or commission with the bank.
