ስለአእምሮ ጤና በቂ ግንዛቤ በሌለበት ሀገራችን ውስጥ እንደዚህ አይነት መፅሀፎች ግንዛቤን ከማስጨበጥ አንፃር ያላቸው ሚና እጅጉን ላቅ ያለ ነው።

የአእምሮ ህመም ማንኛውም ሰው ሊያጠቃ ይችላል። እንደሌላው በሽታ ሁሉ በበቂ ህክምና እና ክትትል ሊድን ይችላል ።
