I didn’t know, if my heart was beating, or was it banging his head against my chest wall?

For months there was this thing inside my head and I couldn't really explain it to anyone without sounding mad. And after carrying this around in my head for so long, recently it got to heavy for me to carry and I had to resort to my only outlet; The paper. I sat down and I wrote. I wrote. It couldn't end. I kept writing for hours and now I have a pile of papers holding within them the words that cary the things that are killing me and the irony in all this is I can't even bear to read it again. Too scared of my own truth. Too scared of the series of unfortunate events called life.

When will I ever be good enough?

I woke up today and decided to do a yoga to free my mind...and then I found out something...when the yoga instructor(in the YouTube video) said "focus on now and let go of all your thoughts " my dramatic mind decided to play all the bad times in repeat(That time I cut,that time I cried my fuckin' eyes out,that time I stared in the dark for no absolute reason,that time I waited more than an hour staring at a fuckin empty space so as to sleep....all of them came shuffling like "I'M HERE BITCH") which made me realise that yoga ain't for people like me cause I did like 5 minutes of it and then ended up crying...after that I just laid in bed listening to extremely depressing songs contemplating on why i am the way I am......trying to be ok is beating the sad bitch out of me and it is succeeding every time🥀🥀🥀
