I am a horrible person. I think about dying since I was 12. It soothes me when I can't sleep. When I am anxious I think about dying and then I can fall asleep.

Its exhausting. I am EXHAUSTED.

Have you considered the possibility that......that you could learn to let yourself rest and sleep and love in this life instead of waiting for death to set you free?🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤💛💛💛💛💛🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I understand the word broken. It’s crying with your whole body as the pieces of your heart are literally breaking within you and you can feel it not only in your chest, but with each sharp breath you take, each tear that falls from your eyes. It grips you so hard that your stomach feels like it’s doing flip flops and will soon find a way to escape from your lips. It’s your body shaking from coldness that is truly not there and no matter how many blankets you wrap, the chill doesn’t ease from your bones. Broken. That’s broken and I’ve felt it. More than once and it leaves mark on your soul.

Sometimes, a simple “hello,” is enough.

There is a grave inside me holding all the broken pieces of my past and my present I try to forget. Sometimes I go there to cry.
