Fighting my anxiety constantly I try to ignore it.

Even when I know its been forever I can still feel the spin. Hurts when I remember and I never wanna feel it again.

Trying everyday when I hold my breath.spining out in space pressing on my chest.

Trying to breath in and out but the air goes caught.💔

I am a horrible person. I think about dying since I was 12. It soothes me when I can't sleep. When I am anxious I think about dying and then I can fall asleep.

Its exhausting. I am EXHAUSTED.

I understand the word broken. It’s crying with your whole body as the pieces of your heart are literally breaking within you and you can feel it not only in your chest, but with each sharp breath you take, each tear that falls from your eyes. It grips you so hard that your stomach feels like it’s doing flip flops and will soon find a way to escape from your lips. It’s your body shaking from coldness that is truly not there and no matter how many blankets you wrap, the chill doesn’t ease from your bones. Broken. That’s broken and I’ve felt it. More than once and it leaves mark on your soul.
