However, he had set aside a limited supply of vitamins and certain treatments I routinely use, specifically reserved for our clinic, not for distribution to pharmacies, because he knows they are intended for a free, community-based healthcare initiative.

Many medications have become virtually impossible to obtain. Basic nutritional supplements such as multivitamins, calcium, and magnesium are increasingly scarce, even as the demand for them grows urgent due to escalating rates of malnutrition. Even drugs for chronic conditions, once widely accessible due to bulk imports, are now disappearing from the shelves.
Today, I inquired about a standard antihypertensive medication and was informed it is no longer available.

Since the resumption of hostilities, not a single truck carrying medical supplies or pharmaceuticals has been permitted entry into Gaza. Despite repeated appeals by the World Health Organization and other international health bodies, the Israeli military continues to obstruct all shipments of medical aid. This is no longer a matter of bureaucratic failure, it is the deliberate, systematic elimination of Gaza’s most vulnerable patients through denial of care.

This is not a war. This is not a conflict. This is a full-scale genocide, unfolding incrementally, in real time, before the eyes of the entire world.
And the most harrowing part? It is all happening on camera. #GazaGenocide
