Macclesfield are a strong side that are one of the playoff contenders this season after winning the league comfortably last season. Very poor performances so no positives at all for them. As for Ascoli, they're a heavy promotion candidate after assembling one of the strongest squads in the division. Good preseason, morale is high and aiming to make a strong start at home against a Pianese side aiming to beat relegation this season. They have also lost their best player Mignani who will be a huge loss so Ascoli have the upper hand here.
