We worship as animists by preserving the ecosystems, by fighting alongside other land defenders, by not allowing wilderness to be destroyed for profit, by seeking to live in tandem with other animal and plant life, seeing them as allies and friends rather than as food, tools, or obstructions. May our animism be not in words only, but clear in our actions as well.

Animism means resistance.
