Without VPN, RKN started blocking SSH. Pattern:
1) non-standard connection (in my case mosh or Eternal Terminal)
2) blocking this non-standard traffic and at the same time blocking ssh to any outgoing addresses (probably foreign addresses), include github.
I observe this behavior on Megafon.
