How to verify a token contract is a person preparing to sign, captured in six search words.

The reader needs the practical action, evidence, failure state and next check before the page starts talking about its author.

Repeat the query, finish the task inside the first 120 words, then add context and brand material.

Can the reader complete the safety task from your first screen?
Most marketing plans are a list of activities. A pipeline is different: each stage lowers the cost of the next. Here is one that does, with what each part costs.

stage 1 · question inventory free. Every question asked three or more times in support and community. The only research step, and it replaces the workshop where a team guesses at positioning.

stage 2 · answer library free except time. One permanent page per question, sourced and dated. Each page is a destination, which every later stage requires and most campaigns lack.

stage 3 · the citation $700 for a press release, $900 with promotion. A dated sentence on a domain you do not own, delivering almost no traffic alone.

stage 4 · the paid layer the mix. Point paid distribution at the release and the answer pages, never a generic homepage. The cold reader lands on a publication or a precise answer, and both do work your marketing page cannot.

stage 5 · screening free, and it decides everything. Of 1,820 measured accounts in our roster, 29% return exactly zero. Rejecting two thirds costs nothing and moves the result more than any creative decision.

stage 6 · the case written from whichever category stage 4 produced most, sent to projects at that exact stage, no pitch attached.

Now the compounding. Stage 2 makes stage 4 convert. Stage 3 makes it credible. Stage 5 makes it affordable. Stage 4 tells you what to write in stage 6. Stage 6 generates new questions, which feed stage 1.

The loop closes, and each pass is cheaper: the library is larger and the screening list better.

What breaks it. Remove stage 2 and it becomes a spend. Remove stage 5 and stage 4 silently doubles in cost. Remove stage 1 and you answer questions nobody asked, beautifully.

Why almost nobody runs it: the first three stages produce nothing visible for weeks, and all three are free. A free line item with no immediate output is the easiest thing to cut, and it is the one holding the rest up.
A game campaign loses the player when slide nine finally reveals the game.

WNF work for GOE covered site and documentation, market listings, Telegram, Discord, token launch, KOL and PR.

Carry one loop across every surface: decision, consequence, new option and reason to play again.

Can a newcomer repeat the playable loop after one read?

An unlock post has five evidence fields before it earns a place on the calendar.

Readers need date and time zone, quantity, eligible versus distributed, recipient classes and the source record behind each figure.

Add a named correction owner beside the five fields and rehearse the route before scheduling.

Which unlock field would generate the first support question?
Every community of any size contains these, and each needs a different thing from you.

the newcomer needs one safe action in under a minute. Gets a wall of links instead.
the regular needs to be recognised, not rewarded. A named mention outperforms any badge.
the helper answers before you do. Correct them privately and never in public, or you lose the most valuable person in the room.
the sceptic asks the hard question everyone else is thinking. Worth ten enthusiasts, because the answer becomes your sharpest material.
the extractor is here for the incentive, whatever it is. Not malicious, just transactional. Count them separately or your numbers lie.
the ghost reads everything, says nothing, and is most of your audience.

The common error is designing for the enthusiast, who is the rarest of the six and the least representative.

Design for the ghost and the newcomer. They cannot ask for what they need, and everything that helps them helps everyone else too.
Twenty seconds can carry one causal chain, and four beats are enough.

tea public material gives a clean sequence: app, hidden dependency, maintainer, then teaRank as the map of ecosystem influence.

Give each cut one answer beat, advance the same mechanism and keep the limitation visible at the end.

Which cut in your short video breaks the causal chain?
A mascot with no recurring job becomes a sticker pack.

Recognition grows when every pose carries the same role, one user decision and visible evidence inside the frame.

Keep one role across three posts before adding a second, and remove every appearance with no decision attached.

What does your mascot help the audience decide?
A structural difference that decides whether you should build a community at all.

Where users gain from each other. Holders benefit when other holders are informed. Information spreads, defence against rumour is collective, and the thing held is partly social. Gathering compounds value.

Where they do not. In high-frequency transactional entertainment one participant's outcome does not improve another's. Put them in one room and they compare outcomes, and the comparison discourages.

the tell ask whether a member is better off because the person next to them exists

In crypto the answer is usually yes. In several adjacent verticals it is usually no, which is why those industries built one-to-one account management and partner networks instead of public rooms.

What those industries build instead: rooms for operators and partners, not end users. One layer up, where members genuinely trade information that helps each other.

Apply the tell before budgeting. Half the failures are structural.
News begins where a mechanism changes an inspectable workflow.

A manual attestation step becoming verifiable through a signed record gives the reader a before state, changed action and visible proof.

Write the change, affected role, timing, two primary proofs and open unknowns on one pitch sheet.

What became inspectably different for the reader?
A lock record proves the lock exists on stated terms, and the next security check still matters.

UNCX records can answer a precise lock question while ownership, contract behaviour and wider project risk remain separate checks.

Map the question, returned evidence, supported decision, remaining unknown and next check.

Which security claim currently stretches beyond its returned evidence?
The same word covers four structurally different things.

asset communities members hold something whose value is partly collective belief. Gathering compounds. Moderation load spikes with price.

product communities members use a tool. Questions repeat, so documentation does most of the work. Calm, slow, durable.

practitioner communities same job, different companies. They trade craft while being peers and competitors. The only type where members recruit each other's employers as clients.

partner communities members earn from the same upstream source. Information has direct commercial value, so participation is high and trust transactional.

Most crypto projects assume the second and produce the first.

The interaction matters. Practitioner rooms feed partner rooms talent. Partner rooms feed asset communities distribution. Asset communities produce the budgets paying everyone upstream.

Knowing your room tells you what to staff and measure.
A feature list becomes useful when one operator decision takes the lead.

Warden Halo public material gives operators a real trade-off: serve a model through an API or self-host it, with public-alpha limits still visible.

Name the role, decision, trade-off and current limitation before listing capabilities.

Which operator decision deserves the first paragraph?
A forwarded-post visitor gives the pinned message roughly one screen of patience.

That screen must explain what WindNFire publishes, prove the format, route discussion to WNFDisco and separate WNF Agency from WNF One.

Give identity, editorial proof, discussion and service choice one sentence and one distinct destination each.

Can a newcomer choose the right route without opening a second post?

In most communities one to three people answer more questions than the team does.

is it normal that it takes two confirmations

answered by a member, correctly, before anyone from the project saw it

What they are actually providing: coverage in your gaps, tone that reads as independent, and a signal to newcomers that this place works.

what they want recognition and information, in that order. Almost never money.
what breaks them being contradicted publicly, or discovering something important through an announcement like everyone else.

The cheap system that keeps them: a private channel where they hear things first, an occasional named thank-you in public, corrections always private.

The expensive mistake is formalising it into a moderator programme with rules and rewards. That converts a volunteer into an unpaid employee, and unpaid employees quit.

Count yours this week. If you cannot name three, you do not have any, and every question is currently costing you staff time.
A five-second homepage test ends with Web3 and a shrug far too often.

Mission language and logo walls fail when the visitor cannot match the first claim to one visible proof and next action.

Put one user, one problem, one proof and one action in the first viewport, then test it on an outsider.

What can a stranger repeat after five seconds on your homepage?
Related links become ivy when they cover the route a support reader came to finish.

Rainbow support content can route a self-custody question into create or import while keeping extension and hardware paths separate.

Keep two primary next-task links, each tied to the exact question the current page creates.

Which link finishes the reader's next task?
These worlds are treated as separate and they share people, channels and budgets constantly.

practitioners to partners the same media buyers appear in performance-marketing rooms and in crypto growth rooms. The craft transfers; only the compliance changes.

partners to assets distribution networks built for one vertical get pointed at another the moment payouts improve. That is why crypto launch traffic sometimes behaves like performance traffic: same operators.

assets to practitioners a growing project hires from the practitioner pool, which is why job listings build audience.

One consequence: audiences from partner networks arrive with partner-network expectations. Fast payout, clear incentive, no patience for a roadmap.

If your project needs slow conviction and your traffic came from a performance network, that is a sourcing problem, not a messaging one. Content does not fix the wrong crowd.

Ask where the audience came from before asking why it behaves this way.
