University is too formalized. It should just be a research institution you can apply at. Learn everything basic YOURSELF. Got interesting ideas? You apply then get accepted then you work until you're satisfied. Then what you worked on becomes your certification.

I updated Telegram forms over the weekend. I scraped the spaghetti hackathon codebase and remade the whole thing with shadcn. Also added some new features.
