If you are in any miui rom that has anti-roll back, you can flash any custom rom if you have 'Custom' recovery because anti-roll back is for them who tried to downgrade the rom through updater app or TWRP that is From Newer Miui Builds to older Miui builds causing the hardbrick, But With custom recovery you can clean flash any Custom rom Of your Choice "BUT YOU CAN'T FLASH ANY FIRMWARE IF YOU DO THEN IT WILL ALSO HARD BRICK YOUR DEVICE"

⚠️ N.B- Don't Install Miui based Roms for now to be safe & don't try anything which you are not sure of.

➡️ Solution 1: For those who have flashed an Anti-Roll Back MIUI ROM & lost their Twrp recovery:> You can flash upcoming MIUI Builds by booting into TWRP directly each time before flashing [ Twrp can't be flashed permanently in this cases ]
To boot Directly into TWRP use this command => FASTBOOT BOOT XYZ.img
