*DO's & DONT's OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE* a leap towards Natural Eco Living

FOOD: Eat SIRIDHANYAALU (Foxtail, Little, Kodo, Barnyard, Browntop millets) or Positive Millets as a staple food. One can make all varieties like idli, dosa, rotis, rice items, snacks, sweet and hot using these five siridhanyaalu/ (positive) millets.

FOOD: After following this lifestyle as SUGGESTED BY Dr. KHADAR SIR for 6 months to 2 years and getting well, one can add neutral millets Ragi (Finger millet), Jowar (Great Millet), Sajja (Pearl millet), Varigalu (Proso Millet) to the regular diet

FOOD: For the entire day, take only one millet in any form, means tiffins, rice items, Ganji, Ambali / Porridge, sweet, hot, etc,...

DO NOT MIX MILLETS. *Never use as multigrain flour*. Each millet is unique and helps in curing our body when taken individually.

Quit (in any form) rice, wheat, nonveg, eggs, maida, tea, coffee, sugar, A1(jersey)milk, packaged and junk foods, refined oils, dry fruits, soya, chocolates.

HERBAL DECOCTION: Drink herbal decoctions or kashayams made from fresh leaves. Take a fistful of clean fresh leaves, boil in structured water for 3 to 4 minutes, strain and drink.

STRUCTURED WATER: Store water in a steel or clay pot with copper plate immersed in it for 7 hours or overnight. Use this water the next day for all cooking n drinking purposes. Cleaning copper plate daily is mandatory.

MILK: We can use desi cow milk for making curd, buttermilk, ghee. (Never consume milk directly.) One can even extract milk at home by using sesame seeds, groundnuts, finger millet, coconut, safflower(or) kusuma seeds. We can even use this milk to make the curd.

OILS: Use only wooden Ghani oils (bull driven) as they are cold pressed and so preserve the nutrients extracted from groundnuts, safflower, sesame, coconut. Store them in steel or glass jars.

SWEETENER: Use palm jaggery as a sweetener instead of sugar. (Not suggested for sugar patients). Never use artificial sweeteners.

COOKING UTENSILS: Use steel (Food grade / salem steel 304) or clay utensils for cooking. We can use iron tawa for chapatis and dosa. (Avoid cooking in pressure cookers)

EXERCISE: Walk for at least 75 min daily if you are used to else start with 20 min and gradually increase it to that time just simple walk only

MEDITATION: Meditate for 10 to 15 minutes during sunrise and sunset

SLEEP: Sleep in total darkness without any lights for a good and undisturbed sleep.

Wake up before sunrise, complete dinner by sunset, sleep by 9 pm.

☝️Right on dot. This is very important which we have been trying to educate across.

Majority of packed food has huge % of sugar which is the biggest poison, yet none of us take is serious as we r hypnotized by corporate advertisements.

To me, not even a single product sold in any shop is good for health.

STOP eating all packed food and focus on home made food with right ingredients

Right source of sweetener is PALM Jaggery against the white sugar we use.
