The very basics of it are that I am now facing $400,000 in debt to the government,
even though I WON my County Court case and proved that TWO of the arrests were unlawful. Yes, you read that correctly... the government has been financially rewarded for unlawfully arresting me, while I am punished for having the courage to force accountability for their unlawful actions.
I have not yet decided what to do next, but I REFUSE to fundraise for a debt that goes directly to the perpetrators. I will not do it. But thank you to those of you who have offered.

I lost my appeal and am now in around $400,000 debt to the government...but I'm still smiling :-) I'm not afraid of this debt...money comes and goes, conviction is priceless! I have enough years left in me to work and pay this off.
