Fitness in the Metaverse? It's more popular than you think
This week, the sports magazine Fitrated released the results of a study on how people feel about fitness in the virtual space. As it turns out, about 40% of respondents would be willing to leave a regular gym for a Metaverse counterpart.
The sample consisted of just over 1,000 people. Each of them was asked several questions about whether the fitness industry could become part of a global trend towards virtual worlds.
Nearly 40% of those surveyed would be willing to move their workouts to the Metaverse. And we're not talking about "pumping up" an avatar here, but about light exercise in VR or AR headsets.

BAาฎC NFT is banned. Singapore court bans sale of token
A court in Singapore has banned the sale of NFT BAYC #2162 due to an ownership dispute.
The decision was based on an application by the law firm Withers KhattarWong on behalf of the investor. The defendant is an NFT collector under the alias chefpierre.eth.
The bottom line is that investor Rajesh Rajkumar entered into a loan agreement with one chefpierre.eth. The collateral in the deal was BAYC #2162. Rajesh was unable to repay his obligation, but an extension was negotiated in the deal.
Chefpierre.eth. failed to comply with the extension and NFT went to his wallet.
In response to the court ruling, OpenSea disabled the commercial transaction option for BAYC #2162.

EBay enters NFT with hockey legend
The company announced 13 limited-edition digital collectibles in partnership with the Web3 OneOf platform. Each item contains a three-dimensional animated rendering of legendary hockey player Wayne Gretzky performing one of his signature moves on the ice.
โForty years ago, I was grateful to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated, it was a monumental moment in my life,โ Gretzky said in a statement. โI'm honored to bring this collectible experience to my hockey fans who have followed my career for decades.โ
By design, each NFT should be available to the average fan, so the cost starts at $10 apiece.

When R.J. Phillips launched Onlyfans, he started a whole new movement to democratize the adult industry. Now he aims to conquer WEB3 with a new NFT project. NFT's decentralized trading platform, Zoop, will be available to all types of audiences on the Polygon network.
