👤 TUTUF NYA KAFAANNN

📝 Hello! The recruitment will remain open until all positions have been filled. This means the faster the slots are occupied, the sooner the registration will be closed. We highly encourage everyone interested to apply as soon as possible before the spots run out.

👤 nanti diajarin gaa? (selain divisi edit)

📝 Yes, absolutely. For divisions outside of editing/design, team members will receive guidance, briefings, and support throughout the workflow. Prior experience is appreciated, but what matters most to us is initiative, adaptability, and the willingness to grow and collaborate within the team.

👤 kk wf ini kalo join kita akan ada party trs kah

📝 Not necessarily. Our events are held occasionally depending on the team’s availability, upcoming ideas, or collaboration opportunities with other communities. So it won’t always be constant parties or events.

Even during quieter periods, we still stay active through channel contents, creative projects, discussions, and bonding with fellow members to keep the community alive and connected.

👤 butuh 3 orang itu doang kah atau per role itu ada beberapa org??

📝 Not just one person per division. We’re currently looking for several people across each role depending on the team’s needs. Since this is a collaborative and creative-based community, we also want to gather more perspectives, ideas, and discussions from different minds rather than relying on only one person in each division.

jadi inti tugas nya

👤 mau daftar lg tp keinget dl petingginya pd sibuk sendiri 🤭

📝 That’s exactly why we’re rebuilding the team system and looking for more active, collaborative people this time around. We want the environment to feel more alive, communicative, and actually enjoyable for everyone involved, not just a few people carrying everything alone.

👤 Super interesting… But I didn’t really know about how WeekFest worked, ini agensi kah atau apa?

📝 WEEKFEST is an event organizer and party maker within the roleplayer space. We focus on creating and managing various kinds of events, parties, and collaborative projects, both independently and together with other roleplayer bases or platforms.

We’ve previously collaborated with communities and projects such as WRP (https://t.me/weekfest/3269), FAKETAX (https://t.me/weekfest/4173), and several others as well, and we’re always open to future collaborations and creative partnerships moving forward.

Beyond parties, we can also help handle celebration-based events like weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. Our team handles everything from concept planning, ticketing, invitations, posters, visual edits, rundown preparation, and overall event execution to create a more immersive and organized experience for everyone involved.

And honestly, we don’t really have a ‘higher-up’ system in WEEKFEST. We see everyone here equally as a team, just with different responsibilities depending on their division.

Applications have officially closed. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to apply and express interest in joining our team. Our committee is currently reviewing all submissions and conducting internal discussions. We kindly ask for your patience during this process. Successful applicants will be contacted and added to our group later tonight. Please keep an eye on your notifications for further updates.

Thank you for your enthusiasm and support for WEEKFEST.
