To anyone wanting to get into DIY HRT, I have this advice:
- Don't be alone! Find experienced/learning people to guide you along, and support each other!
- Be ready to learn and share! It is a DIY culture after all, and our shared wisdom comes from our direct experiences.
- Don't worry if it doesn't work perfectly first try. Like all medicine, there's no universal fix, so don't be discouraged if you need to experiment to find what works best for you! This also applies if you go for a prescription :)
