❗❗Bakhmut Night update: The Central Station and the Elevator Adjacent to Bakhmut Railway Station 2 area have been completely cleared and are now under full control of PMC Wagner. They are now breaking through UA's defenses to the west of it and have already made partial gains. North of the Avanhard Stadium, the Wagner forces also succeeded in pushing UA almost completely behind the railway line.

In northern Bakhmut, heavy fighting continues for control of Vesela Street. Wagner had some success.

To the NW of Bakhmut, Wagner made further gains south of Rose Alley. They are also attacking west of the residential area from the direction north of Khromovo and have had success in the residential area. There are also reports that fighting is already taking place deep in the residential area. Here I would very probably assume RU DRG. I'm still waiting for confirmation from my source.

In the SW there is still heavy fighting for control of the aircraft monument. The focus here is on Tchaikovsky Street. Which resembles an absolute fortress of UA. Very difficult to advance here.

On the flanks: Wagner is supported here, especially at Ivanivske, by a considerable (!!) number of VDV and special units to break through Ivanivske. The settlement is currently being stormed. Wagner + RU Forces are trying with all their might to break through here to close the pocket. The same applies to Bohdanivka.

Big news if the last part is accurate, russian forces storming ivanivske and bohdanivka. This would spell the capture of Bakhmut

❗Bakhmut: Since the morning, the situation in Bakhmut has been extremely dynamic and blocks of flats sometimes change owners almost every 30 minutes. I can say that Wagner was able to achieve further successes around the station and that the area has been holding for several hours. They are also successful in the north. In the other areas, the situation is extremely fluid and dynamic. I'll wait the day to get more details about it. I get an update on site again in the evening.

❗Bakhmut: UA counterattacks at all points, heavy fighting is currently taking place around the Elevator Adjacent to Bakhmut Railway Station 2 and the main station.

UA is also launching a counterattack in the south of the city. Fights take place on Korsunskogo and Tchaikovsky Streets. Large UA soldiers are stationed in this area.

Fighting for control of Vesela Street continues in the north.

In the NW I received confirmation that the fighting deep in the residential area yesterday was about RU DRG.

In general, it can be said: As of now, they have not recaptured any significant or Major areas. UA will not withdraw in the foreseeable future, they want to keep the city at absolutely any price. They lose a significant number of soldiers every day. The meat grinder keeps running.

All indications are growing that UA could launch a full-scale attack north of Soledar very soon. You have to wait and see, but more and more soldiers are being transferred to the areas north of Soledar every day. It could just be a distraction, but you never know. RU artillery has been working on the incoming soldiers for days.

❗Bakhmut now: I was just told UA counterattacks have subsided in the last hour. (They took place mainly at lunchtime, along the entire Bakhmut line. They didn't bring any significant success. Unfortunately, I couldn't write because I was away).

Wagner now went on the offensive again west of the railroad line in order not to give UA a break to regroup. Heavy attacks from Wagner + VDV units now. Wagner has been attacking more during the day in the last few days. They seem to be changing tactics again now and going on attacks as soon as it gets dark. As soon as I find out something new I will let you know.

A good friend of mine has now been rotated back to a recovery center (short break in fighting) after a good 3 weeks of fighting. Receive messages directly from Bakhmut more often now.

Incidentally, this is usual with Wagner. Constant rotation so as not to overload their fighters. Also an advantage over UA who find it difficult to rotate. Since they suffer enormous losses from artillery when they want to get in and out of Bakhmut.

Egypt is currently directly involved in a military coup in Sudan as the Sudanese army starting taking control over the political and military establishment across the country.

Why is this relevant?

As a result of the ongoing war in Ukraine more countries are taking their chances with armed conflicts. Every country has their own interests that they're fighting for, with the establishment of a multipolar world more and more countries will take further choices to achieve what they want.

So in conclusion?

We will see more wars, military coups, civil wars, blockades, etc. This will not be an age of cold wars, it will be a return to the days of the middle ages where we see wars between minor nations and major nations fighting for their zones of influence.

We are in the middle of April and the Battle of Bakhmut is aproaching to its end, with Russians controlling 80% of the city. However, the last 20% of the city under Ukrainian Army control is located in a high terrain surrounded by an important defense system that was recently constructed after their troops withdrew from the eastern shore of Bakhmutovka river at the beginning of march. Looking the recent movements it's expected the priority for Russian troops will be to expand the buffer area around the railway following envelope movements in order to force the remaining Ukrainian troops to retreat further west to the fortified area (1). The second step, but very simultaneous with the first one, of Russians would be to advancing from the old hospital (currently clashes area) along Tolbukhina and Peremohy streets towards Khromove village thus cutting one of the main supply routes to Bakhmut (2).

With only one supply route, Russians will focus more on the southern side. Regarding the defensive lines of Ukrainian Army it's expected Russians will try to advance towards Industrial College (3) which Ukrainians will defend hard in order to help the remaining troops to withdrew from the city thus ending the battle.
The time of these events are difficult to measure as Ukrainian Army still sending troops to these areas and fortifying their positions before Russians arrive. The objetive to gain time at any cost is working well for Ukrainian Army while the preparations to start a counteroffensive continue unabated in spite of the delay of armament by western countries. During the month of May we could see significant events that will mark the future of the war for the rest of the year and even for the time remaining in this conflict.

❗❗ Bakhmut Night: In general, all battles now take place west of the railway line. Wagner also evacuated and cleaned the last UA positions in the south. Everything east of the railway line is now under PMC Wagner control!

The fiercest fighting is currently taking place near the train station. More precisely, on Pushkina Street and Pavla Novhorodtseva Street. Wagner pushes through the defenses here, pushing UA further and further west.

In the north of Bakhmut there is fighting on Vesela Street and Hliba Slobodina Street. Wagner slowly heads south towards Levanevskoho Street. There was progress today in the area.

To the NW of Bakhmut, equally fierce fighting continues south along Peremogi Street. Brutal battles are taking place in the Children's Hospital area. The hospital could be conquered here in the near future. There is significant progress in this area.

In the SW, fighting continues right by the plane monument and along Korsunskogo Street and Chajkovskogo Street. No major changes so far.

Heavy and strong pressure is exerted on the flanks by Wagner + VDV and special forces. They are trying to conquer Ivanivske and Chromovo for everyone's sake. There is slight progress. But the fighters still have a lot of work to do to get both settlements under control. It won't be easy.

In general, the situation is extremely dynamic, and actually every hour there are changes and what to write. But I will keep it at a maximum of 3-4 updates per day. Unless there are important and significant changes.

❗ Regarding the Bakhmut Nightupdate, I made a mistake, I didn't mean the Children's Hospital in the NW but the one further north. Sorry for that.

I have no idea who is spreading fake news here again. 🤷‍♂️ Yes, UA tried (!) to counterattack in Bakhmut. But none of these are large-scale counterattacks, they simply serve to slow down Wagner's advance. They have not made any major gains. And that for months in and around Bakhmut. If that were the case, I would write it too. But there is nothing to write about because they have not regained large and decisive areas. So come down, today on Eastern it's going to be rather quiet on the whole front.

❗️Bakhmut: As expected, it was comparatively very quiet during the day. Therefore, there were no significant changes to the front in Bakhmut.
A few minutes ago Wagner + VDV units in and around Bakhmut went on the offensive again. Heavy clashes and fights now occur at some points west of the railway line.
Wagner will continue to move forward and gradually take Bakhmut completely. Have faith in the boys. They know what they're doing, and they're seriously undermining UA's potential.

Expect a UA attack on Bakhmut's flanks in the coming days. Both from the south in the area south of Klishiivka and north of Soledar. Large UA troop gathering here. Armored vehicles + tanks have also arrived. They also have to act, otherwise Bakhmut will be lost in the near future. But RU knows that they are up to something, it is not for nothing that the flanks have been significantly reinforced by regular RU troops. It will be exciting to see, since the weather is not supposed to be so sparkling in the near future. RU artillery is currently working in these areas 24/7. We will see.
