“Senior #PHP #developer” is required in an international Subscription & Membership Software Company in Canada - Full-time, Remote.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant professional experience as Senior Software Engineer.
- Deep expertise and professional experience with Laravel 6+, Laravel 8 MySQL 5.7/8. and PHP 7.4/8 in the context of a LAMP/LEMP stack, workers powered by Redis driver, containerization, unit tests using Code caption, cloud computing (AWS), CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows, security and performance.
- Deep expertise and professional experience with Laravel 6+, PHP 7.4/8, MySQL 5.7/8.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage
Nice to Have Past experience in:
- a SaaS business Strong knowledge of the capabilities of Stripe or other payment processors
- Strong knowledge and professional experience with Amazon Web Services: IAM, VPC, ELB, S3, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, ElastiCache Desire and ability to coach and manage a small-sized team Proficiency with command-line Linux
