今天端傳媒 Initium Media这篇讨论「内循环」的概念和政治逻辑的文章值得一读。除了文章本身之外，值得观察的还有原文评论区里读者对文章的反馈。一部分立场属于政治反对派的读者认为，「内循环」更像是在跨国经济冷却，出口下滑的局面下的被动之举，而不像作者判断的那样，是「自我实现的预言」，亦即主动地选择国内市场，实现去全球化的想象。若是如此，这种判断也恰恰反过来说明，即便在自由世界秩序面临瓦解危险的今天，中国也暂时无力以上升期的民族国家、世界秩序的挑战者的姿态来决策国家短期内的经济走向。这也意味着，中国的问题，向来无法切割成一个民族国家内部的问题来看待。旧世界体系即便可能瓦解，旧世界体系的霸主即便有可能跌落神坛，这个过程也不见得是单向有利于挑战者的。原文链接：https://theinitium.com/article/20200731-opinion-yanglu-chinese-economy-innercircle/
